Stayed there 10 days and never received any clean towels. Was told to bring dirty towels to front desk and ask for more. What kind of service is that! The hall smelled like pee. Large groups on the patio at night drinking and smoking pot. We will never stay there again.

Not very clean. First impressions are everything. The entry way was dirty ( the welcome mats and floor). The lobby area was lackluster. The hotel needs to be renovated and refreshed. Especially since there is a brand new Spring Hill suites right across the street

If you have a room on the ground floor you may experience some other inconsiderate guests with unnecessarily large utes park outside your window, in which case the fumes from their exhaust will fill your room through the AC unit while they sit there idling for an hour. Took a few times asking reception staff to get these people to move - more than once.
Would not recommend a ground floor room but expect the higher rooms are a better experience.

Close to the hospital, staff were nice and friendly. Clean, and quiet. Just a good spot to rest for upcoming events and close.
No ice machine in lobby and had to wait on ice to get made in the room.

This is a terrible hotel. It was filthy with wet bathroom towels piled in the foyer right as we came in. There were bleach stains all over the carpet in the hallway which concerns me what could have been on the carpet that they needed to bleach it. Inside the room the smoke alarm was literally hanging off the ceiling with dirty curtains on the windows. We asked to change rooms and the next one was no better! We saw the woman next door coming out of her room and it was packed floor to ceiling with boxes and trash which is a fire hazard and our smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. This is not a safe hotel to stay in.
