Good location with many shopping areas and dining options nearby. Easily accessible by public transportation. Staff is very helpful and professional. The place is clean, nice and quiet. Very comfy bed, good workstation, kitchen has everything what is needed for cooking. Wi-fi is fast, connection is stable. I would definitely stay there again.
Equipment seem to be a bit outdated, I had to addresse 2 small issues to maintenance during my stay. They fixed it right away so not a big deal.

Everything ,Stinky Drug infested,Boarded up windows,people walking around in underwear,and some carrying guns in lobby smoking weed ,rooms smell like mildew feet ,a** and cigarettes.PHOTOS ARE EXTREMELY MISLEADING.
No breakfast, No hot water for my first week. Second week, water was off for a full day. Due to extreme weather I had to move Closer to job because roads were iced over. I informed Booking.com and Sonesta. I requested refund, which I never received. Neither Sonesta or Booking.com felt I should be reimbursed for 3 weeks in another facility. Will never use either again. Won't recommend to anyone.

The staff members I have communicated with were very friendly. The hotel is in a good location, gym is decent.
This is a run down, old, dirty motel. There's stains on the dirty carpet. Cigarette smoke everywhere in the building, other guests arguing in the parking lot. I checked out after the first night. Awful.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the Sonesta Simply Suites Dallas Galleria in Dallas. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. From the parking lot to the lobby, hallways, and even the rooms, the property is in very poor condition and gives more of a rundown motel feel than a hotel.
I have never stayed anywhere that looked like this, and unfortunately I am booked here for four nights and paid in full. To make matters worse, guests are being charged for parking in a lot that does not even appear safe or well maintained.
Another major issue is the smell throughout the hotel. The entire building smells strongly of smoke even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking property. It makes the environment very uncomfortable. There is also breakfast offered, but the overall cleanliness of the hotel makes it unappealing to eat anything there.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and feel the property is very misleading compared to what is advertised. I would like to request a refund so that I can book accommodations somewhere else. This stay has been completely disappointing. The only pro was the staff I encounter Jason Locust the front desk manager and Courtney( i think that was her name). There has been no follow from the hotel to Booking.com as of yet and I called to follow up in my concern today 3.10.26 @1130a.m. They have been trying to reach the hotel by phone and management email and have got no answer or response. This hotel was very disappointing.
