The place is very convenient and easy to find when coming on the DART orange line, just a short walk from the Hidden Ridge stop. We arrived this way, and we also used Uber to get back into Dallas, which was reasonably priced. The price of the hotel makes this a very good alternative to paying high prices for centrally based hotels. The shops / 7 eleven are a 10-15 min walk away, but it is an easy walk. It is a shame no breakfast is provided, but it is very convenient for flying in/out of the airport. The room was large and comfortable. Refurbishment was going on whilst we were there, so the place should be even better value for money when that's done. If you are happy with a basic but clean hotel, this should meet your expectations. We were very happy with our stay.

Muy cómodo y limpio también me encantó que fueran a hacer limpieza a la habitación cuando se les solicitara la vista hacia la línea del tren me pareció muy bonita
No me gustó que solo tuviera una silla ya que éramos dos personas también no tenia cucharas tenedores o cuchillos suficientes para dos personas solo había un sartén gigante para cocinar nada más no era cómodo cocinar y la ducha estaba un poco mal obrada salía agua por abajo y por arriba debía salir solo por arriba, me hubiera gustado que cuando iban a hacer limpieza repusieran los jabones y shampoo ya que se nos acabó todo las primeras semanas

Avoid At All Cost..
I have stayed at multiple Sonesta suites over the years and this is the worst of the worst. Their customer service is practically nonexistent and the property is terribly managed.
- There was a freaking flood in early June (If you value your personal items and property, avoid)
- Front desk and housekeeping are problematic and are incapable of basic communication.
- I was able to get some reimbursement from bookings for some of my groceries, drinks and my kitchen items that was deliberately thrown out even despite me communicating frequently with them.
- Avoid this Sonesta, hell is all that awaits them, they just don’t know it yet.
He llegado a este hotel habiendo pagado anteriormnte mi estadia, pero al llegar en recepcion me dicen que mi reserva estaba cancelada.
Al insistir me senti ignorado.
Solo se limito a decir que debia hablar con Booking.

La primera habitación tenía muchas 🪳 y la ventana estaba rota. Una noche llovió y llovía más adentro que afuera. Pero amablemente me pudieron cambiar de habitación y está si estaba mucho mejor que la anterior.
