Great staff, great location..

Cons:

My room stunk SO bad, but I think the bathroom had just been remodeled. It was a beautiful bathroom, but it was a stinky room.

Cons:

I booked this not knowing the area or the facilities- there were people smoking weed outside, cars full of trash etc - the first room smelled of cigarettes and you could just feel this is a half way point for people who are house less. It was so late when I got there I had to stay, the next day I left because it was not clean enough for me. There was literally hair and a booger in my hand towel. After I left I have been fighting with booking.com AND the facility as ONE of them are holding my money for the entire week that I booked even tho I left after the first night and this hotel says their cancellation policy is ONE night. They are playing games and it is so stressful. Do not stay here go to the Crystal Inn

Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Pros:

I’d rather stay in the sewers than here.
Found cockroach in the room, used hairband with twisted hair on it in the bathtub, ac screaming when we turned it on to beat the heat in Utah summer.
Avoid this place. Manager Karen was being rude and assertive when I found a cockroach in the room and asked for a refund. She doesn’t look like she should be put in a position like this as she would cut the customer off multiple times in a conversation and she would lie about approving a refund when all she was doing was trying to stall and waste more time so the customer could give up on the idea of a refund.

Clean and very comfortable place to stay!

I was very comfortable there and it was quiet. I slept well. The staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful.
Pros:

It was a quiet location and easy to get in and out if and close to many places I chose to visit.

Cons:

The elevator was a tad wonky but fine.

Room was dirty and staff(girl) was rude
Pros:

Location was great loved the idea of the place had high hopes paid Way more then I should have because I liked the place but just had a unpleasant stay

Cons:

Staff the girl in the office was so rude to me and another customer told us there was no more rooms available but as soon as a couple came in asked for a room she helped right away and I know they didn’t have a reservation because I did and she said booking made a mistake
