Pros:

The staff was friendly and the check in was quick. The room was large and there was plenty of parking available.

Cons:

The room was dirty and had very noticeable wear and tear on in. I questioned if the room had been used but not cleaned before we arrived.

Pros:

It was adequate. Our desk clerk later in the day was really pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Our first desk clerk at check in was rude. Didn't even speak to us for several minutes. Even got up and left the room without a word, sat down at the computer and still never spoke to us. She acted put out.

My other family member in another room had to be moved due to a leak in the bathroom from the ceiling.

It was a great place other than the smell in the room and on 3rd floor
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel close to everything. I was able to commute to my clinicals which was 10 mins ..food, stores and grocery stories near me .
Staff were very helpful every time I had questions

Cons:

I didn’t like the smell on the 3rd floor and also the room smelled like a wet dog or animal pee. A lot of animal fur in the room and couch.

Very disappointing - we won't be back next year :>(
Pros:

Convenience of location for running a race that weekend.

Cons:

We have used this property several years in a row for the race that we were running. This year, however, the facility and staff were severely lacking. Our room was dirty and we didn’t have enough towels. There was no bedding for the sofa bed, which was disgustingly dusty and very uncomfortable. We also had no toilet paper, kitchen towels, or Kleenex. All of these things had to be collected from the front desk, and when we commented about the state of the room, we asked if we could move rooms, but were told that the hotel was sold out that night. We vacuumed the room ourselves and the next day we had no housekeeping service.

Pros:

it was normal place

Cons:

there were cockroaches, they never cleaned the room, or bring clean towels, the elevator wasn't working, I told them in the RESERVATION MY SON IS disable. We got a room in the third floor. there was a circuit in the room, we were in the dark. The tv control isn't works.

Pros:

It was surrounded by a wee shopping mall so it was nice and accessible AC worked well

Cons:

There was food crumbs all in the fridge and the towels were a little bit discoloured and there was pee around the toilet. Definitely some more permanent people

The hotel does not back up what booking.com is selling.
Pros:

The location was great for grocery shopping and to buy the ice that I needed.

Cons:

The front desk receptionist informed me upon arrival that I would not be staying in the king bed room that I reserved because they were over booked. Instead, I was put into a room with two double beds, and a broken ice maker in the kitchenette. I barely fit in a double bed, and there was no ice available in the entire hotel.

It was very spacious. Had everything I needed.

Cons:

The elevator quit working. I have COPD and going up and down 3 flights of stairs didn't help. Also, while everything in the room was clean, the mattress, sheets, and blanket for the hideabed were stained.

Cons:

My room stunk SO bad, but I think the bathroom had just been remodeled. It was a beautiful bathroom, but it was a stinky room.
