Cons:

The room was not cleaned, The bed was not made, dirty towel in bathroom, keys still left in room, elevators did not work, no breakfast. Some detector had bag on it.

Pros:

It was comfortable and mostly quiet. A little difficult to get in and out of, but overall a good location for short stays and travel.

Cons:

Cost was a bit much, and $9 to do one load of laundry was outrageously expensive given there's a laundry mat less than 2 miles away... if you can get Google to show you how to get there without taking you off the beaten path. The location just seems to not be friendly with Google maps at all.

All the staff but the manager were very friendly.

Cons:

My toilet was clogged from the moment I got there. The manager said she would put in a work order. I confronted her about it the following day and nothing got done about it and the following dates I tired to stay she didn't get a virtual card from Nikki f and I couldn't stay as. Everyone I spoke to in booking besides the first gentleman were really rude and hung up on me every time after waiting forever. Worst service from both places. I really deserve at least 2 free nights.
