Отель выше всех похвал. Местоположение идеальное.Находится в историческом здании. Везде безупречно чисто прям безупречно . Однозначно рекомендую

Cons:

Заехать в отель из за большой задержки рейса удалось за полночь .Часы заезда в букинге написано до 23.30. Я нервничила писала что опоздаю и не было некокого ответа. Только когда доехала выеснилось что это не важно🤷🏻‍♀️

La propreté et la dimension de la chambre, ainsi que la localisation de l'hotel. Le personnel était gentil et souriant.

Cons:

Dans un hotel de 5 etoiles avec une belle reputation, le client espère pouvoir faire un café dans sa chambre - c est à dire mettre une machine à café ne coute rien. Les hotels à 3 étoiles ont la machine dans les chambres. Dans la salle de bain, on aurait pu mettre des petits savons de qualité et de shampoo pour les cheveux, ainsi que body lotion pas diluée et très liquide. Dommage en épargnant de tous ces details, le client ne reste pas satisfait.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, very central to most things and only a short stroll to the underground.

Cons:

The staff were friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely old building with charm and character.
We thought the beds were a bit too firm for us but some may prefer that.
