Nice property but not kept up with
L'emplacement
Très sale, Chauffage non fonctionnel.
La piscina el personal y el espacio en las habitaciones
El cuarto le faltó un poco de aceo encontré basura debajo de las camas
The indoor pool
The room wasn't that good cleaned I found a used cigarette in the drawer in the non smoking room
Close proximity to mystic village
Heat to forever to properly heat the room and bathroom vent cover fell off.
No bugs were found. A basically clean serviceable utility room with no frills. It's close to everything you need but not scenic. It's just off I95.
Half of what you see is broken (plugs, beat up TV, the window lock just plain fell off on the floor, no pool or food). This is obviously a wrecked old HoJos that was renovated cheaply and minimally.
The location.
Did not empty trash cans, or turn down the beds.
Rooms need to be updated really old looking
The staff was so personable and helpful. Good location to town.
The property was in pretty bad shape. Our view on the tiny balcony was the blown out hotel that was under construction. The room was clean but there was mold in the bathtub. The light in the bathroom around the mirror kept flickering - so annoying. The slider was broken so there was a hook that closed it. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and the beverage vending machine was empty. There was no "Continental Breakfast" but 10% off at the diner - not enough off.
staff were friendly and room was clean
no coffee makers in room and no decaf coffee in lobby.
The staff was great and location was great, right next to the attractions we wanted to visit in the area.
The first rooms we got on the fisrt floor had a stong mildew smell. We got rooms on the 2nd floor which was much better.
The diner was next to the hotel, I’ve eaten there four times during my day and it was good
The location of this hotel was perfect. I have come to this location many times over the years because it is near to attractions, shopping, and is central to activities in the area. The room was comfortable, seemed safe, and clean, although I did have to request room cleaning services.
Having stayed at this hotel several times in the past, I was disappointed to see how badly the facility's have fallen into disrepair. I know it was an older hotel chain, but being owned by Wyndham resorts, I do not understand why this hotel has not received any renovations. The gutters were falling down and flooding the bottom floors during a rain storm. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, the indoors desperately need new carpets & paint. If this hotel received an update I would consider returning, but now it just looks like blatant neglect.
Perfectly placed. Away from downtown.
The rooms were great, hallways and doors need some updates
Location
The room was so gross we didn’t even stay there
