Booking was easy as well as checking in and out-it’s a cheap hotel so our expectations . Our sliders
Pros:

The location and the price for one night

Cons:

It’s dirty and a little sketchy. The sliders opened to a littered patch of grass with a broken fence abutting a parking lot for a different establishment

The amount of chemicals in the pool were ridiculous. Just walking in the pool room made my eyes burn and I never entered the pool.

Could be better. This place should not be affiliated with Wyndham.
Pros:

Outside looked like a construction zone. Large dirt patch, marked with wooden stakes with orange tattered plastic tied on. Wooden pallets were leaned against some of the rooms, outside their sliders, down the end of the building. No one working at the front desk, unless you knock on a separate door. Loud on first floor because cars starting outside glass slider, room doors slamming and loud talking in hall. Curtain was blowing in the wind, (while closed and locked). Oh, the lock was a small metal bar, the actual slider lock was broken. Dental pick found on floor next to toilet. Black gunk in corner on floor near tub. Shower curtain was shredded in upper left corner. Couldn’t use heater because I could faintly smell urine while running. No coffee machine in room. No coffee in lobby until 7:45 a.m.
The staff was fine.

Nice size room (King) although bathroom small for a King room; good shower and towels; Mystic Diner next door

Cons:

A little pricey - we have stayed at other Howard Johnson's/Wyndham hotels and much better rooms for that price

wasnt a great time.
Pros:

the lady at the front desk was sweet. about the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

the pool was freezing. we had to switch rooms because Tv was not working, jacuzzi tub drain was broken, lights were broken, outlets didn’t work, it was dirty in there, the list goes on. we get to the 2nd room and it was a bit better but the jacuzzi tub had a little plate to put over the drain because it was broken. the bathroom wasnt very clean. there are no elevators and the ice machine near our room was broken.

Always stay at this location when in mystic
Pros:

Always enjoy the mystic diner…always eat there!!

Cons:

The pool was NOT useable the water was extremely cold…and the pool room was cold. They also did not have towels ( if you did venture in the water)
Also had reservations for previous week…had to cancel for the blizzard . Hotel charged cancelation fee and would not rebook our reservation…

Convenient location. Easy in and out and good parking

Cons:

Sliding door to the street didn’t seem like it locked properly. Room at the back of the building didn’t have enough lighting outside to feel comfortable entering the back of the bldg.
