Cleaning

The location was great for access to the Aventura Mall. The breakfast options and food quality were good.

Hotel was in a great location, very clean, and everyone was extremely nice. They could use more amenities in the rooms (snack options, better coffee, bathroom toiletries) but overall nice.

The Bistro in the hotel was fantastic! What a nice selection for both breakfast and diner too! Would love if they would be open for a few more hours each day, but the food was fantastic, The two ladies who work the morning hours couldn't have been nicer, they serve you with a smile and seem to really enjoy their jobs. The evening shift for dinner was the best....Julio and Chef Valentine ARE AMAZING! Julio remembered my family and I when we ordered the second night, he knew exactly how to tell the chef to prepare it and didn't miss a thing. All 4 dinner items we ordered could not have been better. The best tomato soup and grilled cheese I ever had, and a phenomenal grain bowl too! Any accommodations we asked for were provided by Julio with a smile. He is awesome, and he truly likes his job too! He made both of our dinners so enjoyable and Chef made them delicious.

We will definitely be back!

I liked the location and the room.

Grant was very helpful with our sea passes for our cruise, very comfortable room and delicious food.

Grant was awesome when it came to customer service. I was trying to download our sea passes and was having no success. Grant came over to help and solved our problem in a matter of minutes. Thank you.
The room was clean and comfortable, I will stay again on my next cruise.

I had a great experience the two young ladies that work morning shift and phenomenal very respectful and accommodated every need I’ll for sure be back I believe the names are Ranniesha and Rushea Great staff thanks from room 445 I even got them lunch they were so welcoming

Grant at the front desk is fantastic. He does go above and beyond and his energy set a great tone for your day. Looking forward to another visit.

Wonderful stay! As someone who travels for both work and leisure, I have to say this is one of the best stays I have had.
The front desk staff are professional yet kind and friendly. They do go the extra mile to insure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you to all of you.
The room was clean and quiet. There was NO odor, which is a huge plus for me. Not in the room or the common areas.
The housekeeping staff were friendly, prompt and accommodating to my requests.
The gym is clean and well equipped for a thorough workout.
I most definitely would recommend this hotel!

I want to say that I had a fantastic experience here mainly from the stunning property and the friendly staff (Grant)! Grant and Andice helped me decide what to get for food options that were Open late, and I must say their opinions were spot on! 100/10 would recommend 🤏🏾🥰

I have stayed at this hotel about 20!times over recent years. It has always been consistent On Monday Jan 20 th, (the night of the NCAA Football championship game, I checked in late and was told they upgraded my room to a balcony room. When I got to the room I had a view af a wall literally out side the window. It was a second floor room facing south (the parking lot) but all you could see is the wall. I realize some hotels have some rooms with awful views, but this room should be held for those who either understand or are provided a discounted rate. The statement that I got an upgrade was not proper. I complained and showed a picture and was told the best was to register a complaint is through a review. So although this may be my first review panning a hotel I am hoping management will advise its staff to warn its guests that the room faces a wall and has absolutely no view. For those checking in who care about natural light and a view check your room if you have a second story balcony room before you accept it.
