Wonderful Stay as Always!!!
Pros:

This is the fifth time we've stayed at the hotel, and this time we brought our aunt who usually stays at the Hilton, and she loved it. The staff, as always, were wonderful, and the Bistro staff were super attentive and helpful. Impeccable location and spacious, clean room. We're already planning our return for the end of the year. Excellent hotel in every way.

Nice staff, clean room, good location.
Pros:

I really thought the attendants at the front desk were helpful and personable. My room was clean. The pool area looked inviting and the location was in close proximity to the mall.

Cons:

The air conditioner in my room was really loud and kept me awake!

The washing machine for guests had soap stuck in it and wasn’t clean. It didn’t appear to be working properly.

No frills but comfortable hotel
Pros:

Everything great in this friendly, chill hotel. The rooms are basic but comfortable. We even had a situation with the AC, where our unit was extremely noisy, and Victor R. Quickly came to our rescue, his service was efficient, kind, and respectful, looking to solve the issue. The entire team here is lovely.
