Pros:

Convenient to the location we were going to.

Cons:

No maid service. The bed was in a corner where the a/c didn’t cool at night. Couldn’t find an ice machine. Every time I went to the front desk for anything they were away (according to the sign)

Convenient location in Scottsdale centrally located. You can go north or south to old town. About the same distance.

Cons:

Some pet owners are going to pick up after their pets. Has nothing to do with the staff or The Extended Stay.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us during our stay.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room leaked, and was then replaced, but the replacement one was to cold and froze things in the refrigerator compartment despite turning it down multiple times.
Room was kind of dark.

Horrible location. Has no problem false advertising the accommodations and keeping your money. 0/10 do not recommend
