Pros:

I liked only the friendly front desk staff.

Cons:

No maid service, cleaning only every 2 weeks (as told to me by the front desk staff) room next to noisy equipment room, floors were dirty and grimy our soles of our feet would turn black when walkingon the floor, the water after a shower drained suuuuuper sloooow, this location is known as a "halfway house" for people the are not able to pay their apartment lease. I would not recommend and we will not staying there ever again.

Lugar con excelente ubicación, atención excepcional y precio justo!
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todo. La limpieza excelente. La atención tanto del front desk en el día por Ruth y en la noche por el hombre que no recuerdo su nombre, fue excepcional. Sin comparación alguna. Siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver muestras solicitudes. Es bueno llegar a un hotel y que el personal, estén dispuestos a ayudar en lo que uno necesita.

We would stay here again but maybe take the elevator instead of the stairs.
Pros:

The location was great !

Cons:

The stairwells need attention because it was dirty and some of the stairs vinyl flooring were falling apart. The hot tub was not open.

Checked in with reservations for 3 rooms. 2 rooms were supposed to be 2queen beds and 1 was supposed to be a king bed. u
Pros:

I liked the fact that is was close to Disney springs.

Cons:

Staff was ok. Some members of the staff were not professional, personable or helpful. Very unfriendly.

Pros:

I liked the location. It was convenient to a lot of places. It was fairly priced

Cons:

There was some garbage in the hall that could have been tossed. The door to to our room would not latch well.
