Room cleaning was not done at all for my seven days stay
Grab and go Breakfast only protein bar and muffins
Limited utensils in kitchenette
Every time need to go to receptions for towel, tissue, soap etc nobody available in late evening

El desayuno, no me gusto

Advertised free breakfast there were a couple packaged muffins and very little coffee to offer guests. Ice was limited. Hot tub was out of service. Our room had a terrible odor

No limpian los cuartos mientras uno se hospeda, ni mapean, ni barren, hay que estar pidiendo papel para el baño, las fundas de basura hay que pedirlas todo el tiempo, en una ocasión se me terminaron los kleenex y no habían. Yo alquilé dos habitaciones una fue por una semana completa y la otra por 4 días. Siempre que voy a Orlando me hospedo con ustedes pero la experiencia con la limpieza del cuarto no me gustó porque hay que estar botando basura y tampoco tienen materiales para uno poder barrer el cuarto o mapearlo con productos de limpieza. Pero solo llegaba a dormir que por lo menos dormí en una cama cómoda. Espero mejoren esos detalles.

No breakfast

The rooms were not clean. The floors were black. The rooms had terrible odors. It was disgusting. The bathrooms were dirty. The hallways were also dirty. There were someone’s false eyelashes on the floor in the main hallway. As soon as we arrived and upon check-in, we had to use the lobby bathroom and it was flooded. My elderly, handicapped mother stepped in several inches of dirty septic water. In our room, the shower curtain did not fit the shower in the handicapped room and the water leaked out all over the floor, so we had to use all of our towels to dry the filthy floor and when we asked the front desk for more towels, they complained that the ones we gave them were stained, even though they were stained from cleaning the leak in their bathroom.
The bathroom in the other room had a clogged toilet the entire time. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, except for the man during our check-in on Friday night. We requested a crib and we were told that they did not have any and that the third-party websites were lying to the guests so we had to go out at 11 PM and buy a pack and play for our two year-old. We had booked the rooms for two nights so on our second day we were going to a theme park and We were told that the property was pet friendly. After arriving at the theme park and paying for everyone to get in, we received a phone call from the front desk saying that we could not have our pets there unaccompanied and that we would be charged $200 and if we didn’t return to the property immediately the police would be called and they would “take care of our dogs.” We were not made aware of any specific pet policy upon arrival other than they were pet friendly. That the entire property inside and out also smelled like marijuana from the minute we got there and there were people smoking outside and random people wandering in and out. Overall, this specific hotel ruined our entire vacation.
