Roaches, I killed several roaches. I told the front desk, and the front desk told me that someone would be in my room to fumigate, but that never happened. That is very disgusting, and it's sad because the location is very good, and having a kitchen is very convenient. The staff was a little overwhelmed; they need to be more friendly.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located, close to restaurants and parks. The rooms smell bad, and we had to ask three times to change rooms because the bathtubs were clogged. The breakfast they offer is just American coffee and a muffin.

Having a kichenette and utensils to use provided by the hotel. Most of the staff was helpful, kind, and sweet

Cons:

They decided to change locks during my stay there, it was uncomfortable knowing someone might entire my room without me requesting and/or wanting that.
They also had odd timings of when the front door might or might not be working, which was confusing and not nice at all.
The kitchen utensils were not entirely clean.
There was often no one at the reception and one had to dial 0 and keep waiting

Eu já me hospedo neste hotel há uns 12 anos. É o básico que funciona à um bom custo. No entanto, como mudaram os funcionários e a gerência deixou de ser brasileira, a qualidade caiu demais. Havia uma recepcionista simpática para uns três sem a menor boa vontade. O gerente é omisso e deixa os problemas sem solução. O café da manhã não existe mais. Tem um café, uns muffins de vez em quando e uns leites solúveis para fingir que oferecem. A limpeza é agendada uma vez por semana. Contudo, como o ar/aquecimento funcionam bem e a cozinha é muito funcional, considero ainda um ótimo custo-benefício. As camas são novas, assim como as toalhas e todos os utensílios. Além disso, mesmo com tanto tempo, o hotel se manteve em boas condições e atualizações necessárias para um bom uso.
