It's changed a bit since last visit, used to have a lovely seated court yard with BBQ ovens

It was full of crack heads. Room was filthy; pool was closed even tho it was advertised as having a pool.

Dirty. Drawers never wiped down, floors greasy, dirt and food crumbs still on the floor, and shower so filthy that we couldn’t even use it. Urine stains on the bedding and the mold starting to grow in the dresser really sealed the deal. I mean, this is probably the nastiest hotel I’ve ever had to stay in.

Elevators were broken. We arrived at 3 PM. There were no luggage cards except for one that the maintenance man was using and refused to give it to my husband to help us unload our vehicle. There was a garbage bag over the smoke and carbon monoxide detector in the room. The beds were very small. Some of the furniture was broken.

The front desk staff was unfriendly and did laundry instead of acknowledging our arrival. She glared at us and barely spoke. The elevator was broken and the stairs and hallways had a very strong odor that was offensive.
There was also no breakfast in the morning and we found a dirty washcloth in our musty smelling bathroom/room.

La limpieza era terrible, el piso de la cocina estaba resbaloso de grasa usada en hospedajes anteriores, la atencion no era muy amable del personal, el desayuno literalmente es (cafe malo, agua para té, avena, muffins y barritas), la limpieza del baño terrible, la cortina que cubre la ducha estaba sucia, asquerosa y vieja (adjunto fotos), la puerta del baño no cerraba si estas en el inodoro, y el llavin estaba malo, no servia el ascensor.

Dirty. Dirty floors. Dirty bathroom and shower. Mold. Gross.

A couple of the staff and one of the managers are just not friendly - hardly smile when greeted.

One of the Staff, Myesha, fabricated a story, I now realize after thinking it over, that I stepped on dog poop (as we passed one another in the hallway) when I asked her later on that day why she ignored me when I tried to say hello to her. Needless to say, I freaked out, looked at both my bottom shoes....but then she said it was a hard poop and it wouldnt have stuck to my shoes. I then asked why I didnt feel a hump as I walked... she said well it looked like a poop...its hard to see bec of the rug color (yet she just claimed a moment prior to have seen it clearly at that moment?!?!). Then I asked her so why didnt she say anything to me as to warn me to avoid walking on the poop as I walked if that is what she was sooo focused on (when her eyes were actually not even on the floor as I remember clearly) as the reason she couldnt say hello back to me. She said bec I have a hearing problem so it was hard for her to let me know!! (All of the above sure sounds like someone trying to wiggle their way out of a lie with my constant questioning)

Hmmmm again she looked straight at me, not the floor, as we passed by if my memory serves me correctly - and I certainly would have seen her wave me away from possibly stepping on such!! She even mentioned, when I had this skepticism look on my face of her not believable story, that she "worked there a long time and is used to seeing dog poop in the hallways" - which that statement alone I found to be untrue when I asked a maid there about it)

All that said, Geez.... I just think it was all unnecessary fabrication to explain away her RUDENESS of completely ignoring my greeting with something that was even more rude as to just allow me to possibly step on dog poop without saying a word or gesture me away from the 'poop'!! Crazy!!
