Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile

If you need overnight accommodations due to being at Northwestern, I highly recommend you checking out this Hyatt. The staff is super accommodating, provides a special rate for NW patients, has a bridge that connects to the hospital. No need to go outside and so easy to move between facilities. Large, clean rooms, close to Michigan Ave as well as a host of restaurants so also great choice for vacationers.

This is one of my go to hotels whenever i visit Chicago. Ms Andrea at reception, from day one and every visit since greets me by name upon arrival and genuinely makes me at homes. The rooms are always clean, housekeeping polite and thorough and bathrooms have plenty of counter space and room. The restaurant has a good breakfast especially. Bar is small but very capable. Location right by mag mile and lots of eating places. Excellent service everytime, worth every penny.

You cannot beat the location. Everything is just outside the door and if you need any suggestions the concierge and bell staff no it ALL!

We stayed in a Queen room at Hyatt Centric Magnificent Mile for 4 nights while my daughter had brain surgery. It was so convenient for the family being connected to the hospital. Everyone is so caring and it made our stress much easier knowing if we left we were still close by. We have stayed at this hotel for previous hospital stays and I highly recommend this hotel for pleasure stay and for sure hospital stays. Also close to everything you might need.

Well maintained and well run hotel in an excellent location right off Michigan Ave. Staff was attentive and very responsive to our needs. Room was a little dark from a lighting perspective. We missed housekeeping because they didn’t come during the window we were not in the room, but it was ok for a shorter trip (2nights) and we had all we needed. Would def stay here again!

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Centric and we were very pleased. This location is excellent. The hotel accommodated our request for two connecting rooms. The rooms were spotless, including the extremely clean bathrooms. Housekeeping was there every day to refresh waters and tidy the rooms. The pool is pretty small, but we didn't use it. The only small negative was it is right next to a hospital so you would hear ambulances - but it didn't affect our sleep. Steps from the fun restaurants and the magnificent mile. We will definitely return.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. It's sleek, safe and in a central spot next to where you want to be while visiting Chicago. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are beautifully renovated, the beds are cozy, the bar is top notch. It's a hop and skip to Mag Mile/Michigan Avenue. It's our second time staying as a family of four, and definitely not our last! Thank you Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile!

super clean and upscale hotel! I was surprised it was only a category 4, I was able to use my free night award. they let us check in early at8 am, which was so clutch having too kids. Checked up on us frequently throughout the trip to make sure everything was up to our standards. Just wish the pool was bigger, but location was perfect and within walking distance to everything
