Good hotel , good location , good amenities around

Location is near lot of eatery staff very friendly and courteous. The bellhop attendant took my luggage up to the room.!

How clean everything was and how friendly everyone one.

Convenient location in Chicago near the Mag Mile--but hotel was dated, elevators were inconvenient, and I've stayed at nicer Hyatt hotels across the country. Front desk staff were also not friendly or welcoming.

Clean room, nice breakfast with eggs and sausage, warm pool.

Wonderful hotel extremely clean. Great staff friendly helpful. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was excellent.And the staff was friendly.

Great location

Amazing service with fair price. Went to stay for a weekend with the family and enjoyed the wonderful amenities offered from their breakfast to their well cleaned rooms.

Perfect location for us, as far as shopping, museums and restaurants we planned to visit. The hotel was beautifully maintained and decorated. Bed was super comfortable and the corner king room was perfect for us to hang out and relax. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The view of those iconic tall buildings was amazing from our room.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile during my recent visit to Chicago, which took place in my capacity as Professor of Physiology and Pathophysiology, Vice Rector for Internationalization and Extroversion at the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece, and President of the Hellenic Society of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, for meetings devoted to the strengthening of international academic collaborations.

My experience at the hotel was excellent in every respect. The property combines a prime location with a refined sense of comfort, efficiency, and professional hospitality, making it particularly well suited to the demands of an academic and institutional visit of this nature.

I would especially wish to commend the housekeeping team, whose work was truly exemplary. The room was maintained with remarkable consistency, discretion, and attention to detail throughout my stay. Their professionalism made a particularly strong impression on me and contributed greatly to the sense of order, calm, and comfort that one deeply values during a demanding professional schedule. I emphasize this not because any other department fell short—quite the contrary—but because the standard of housekeeping was especially memorable. The hotel as a whole operated with courtesy, responsiveness, and commendable professionalism.

This was, without question, a highly positive stay, and I would be very pleased to return on a future visit to Chicago. I offer my warm appreciation to the entire team and would recommend the Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile without reservation to discerning business and academic travelers alike.

This hotel is great for many reasons but the service is THE BEST. The staff during breakfast were amazing everyday. Some of the best service I've ever had. The hotel is in a great location. The transit options were easy to get to which made traveling to museums, Navy Pier, and other tourist attractions really easy. And of course it is right next to the Magnificent Mile.
