Pros:

Beautiful building super clean very nice staff. I stayed here to celebrate my partner's birthday. They gave a little good tray and were super kinda even sang is happy birthday. The room was stunning the bed was comfy the room has an a great view and it was an amazing experience for the price.

Cons:

It's right next to a major hospital in downtown Chicago. every 30 minutes to an hour from 1-4 am you will just keep hearing ambulance sirens going off. Also the corner king room we stayed in had thinner walls than expected. I could hear the TV and people's music of the room right next to me I could even hear people talking very easily while just laying in our bed.

Pros:

Perfect location. I felt very safe. The staff was exceptional! I come to Chicago often and this is my first time staying here and it’s easily my new favorite hotel.

Outstanding Banquet Food & Service

I stayed here this week for a business event and was extremely impressed by the banquet experience. The food was excellent—well prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Kudos to Chef Luis for consistently delivering high-quality meals.

The service truly stood out. Banquet captains Alexis and Angelica were organized, attentive, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Eddie, the houseman, was always smiling, reliable, and spot on with support. Victor, our banquet server, was too! Making each interaction professional, warm, and full of positive energy.

An exceptional team that made our business meetings seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for corporate events and meetings.
