Fantastic refurbished hotel in a great location with great on site facilities
Pros:

This is a recently refurbed hotel but bringing it back to Art Deco type feel and they've done a fantastic job. It's in a great location - close to all areas. There was a great restaurant and separate cafe on site and plenty of public areas to relax. All staff were fantastic - friendly, professional and helpful.
We loved our room - clean and spacious with all the extras you'd expect - coffee machine and extra toiletries - great shower too........

Cons:

Absolutely nothing - we will definitely be back

I love my stay. The hotel was awesome and the staff was awesome.

The location was awesome. The staff was awesome and the hotel was awesome. I love Boston.

Cons:

I’m gonna be honest the beds and the pillows felt kind of worn out. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. That’s the only thing I can find that I didn’t like about the property.

A comfortable hotel in the heart of the city

Cons:

The restaurant affiliated to the hotel is very disappointing by US standards - service is slow and food portions seriously small which is unusual
