Pros:

Good location. You can easily walk or use the T to get anywhere in Boston quickly from The Dagny.
Interesting rooms & whole property, being different to the big chain hotels.
Fast, efficient, check-in & checkout processes.
Friendly staff.
Good sized room.

Cons:

Trying to decipher the different room types, either on booking.com or on the hotel's website is extremely difficult.
Not convinced we received the room type we booked.
Room type booked, shown on hotel website & booking.com, looked very bright & friendly. Room supplied was somewhat dark.
