Nulla. Devo dare credito al personale della reception dell’ultimo giorno. Il resto è da dimenticare

Sporco (e per correttezza mia e non dell’albergo non faccio vedere le foto che peraltro ho mostrato alla persona gentile della reception che imbarazzata mi ha stornato l’ultima colazione)

Pros:

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, Zimmer, Frühstück und die Betten waren gut, sehr nettes Personal, man kann vor Ort super parken. Das Hotel liegt für Ausflüge nach Kopenhagen sehr gut, Bus und S-Bahn sind nicht weit weg.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko von unserer Seite ist, dass es von der Straße her sehr laut ist, das Hotel hat keine Klimaanlage und es war sehr heiß die Tage, wir haben deswegen mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und das war SEHR laut, das Hotel ist an sich sonst ruhig. Fairerweise muss ich sagen, wir hatten auch ein Zimmer "direkt" zur Straße, woanders mag es ruhiger sein.

overall management should be improved.
Pros:

room was good. overall setup was fine. Best part was available parking.

Cons:

staff needs to be improved. contradictory information and non friendly on the bar. check in time was long and only one counter was open. Needs to have more options on breakfast especially coffee was very bad.
