Nice view and convenient and need to work on cleaning and timely checkin
Pros:

The view was excellent and it was very convenient to the train station. The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room was not ready when we arrived. And checking again at 4pm it was still not ready. We had to wait for about 40 minutes as the cleaners were still working on the room. After they are done when we walked in the room still smelled like dirty mop. It was not a pleasant smell. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned as you can see streaks.

Pros:

Nice, clean hotel, staff were very helpful. Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. Views from the 11th floor were great!

Cons:

We stored our luggage after check out, but this was a paid for locker system. It was easy to use but I would expect a hotel we have stayed at to store luggage at no extra cost.
