Pros:

Jag blev besviken över att inte få hjälp av personalen på plats med att boka rum med hund, boka bad-tid i poolen eller att boka tid för middagen. Här hänvisades jag enbart till appen eller till hemsidan. Kändes väldigt opersonligt och dumt administrativt då hotellet missar själva nöjet med att bo på hotell för en gäst, vilket är att känna sig omhändertagen och få bästa service av den personal som finns där.

Restaurangens mat kunde hålla en högre kvalité. Pizzan är inte att rekommendera. Bra frukostbuffé, dock borde det som ska hållas varmt ha en varmare temperatur och det som ska hållas kallt ha en kallare temperatur.
