Cons:

Person i receptionen som bemötte oss på ett otrevligt och oprofessionellt sätt, när vi påpekade att vi kvällen innan, som man uppmanats, bokat städ av rummet. När det inte ens var gjort kl 16 sade vi till och fick då ett otrevligt bemötande och svammel till svar. Det var dessutom samma person vi sagt till om städ kvällen innan… så den personen borde så klart bett om ursäkt. Erbjöd bjuda på en kopp kaffe medan vi skulle vänta på att få städat…
Dessutom för dyrt för ett mediokert hotell i Borlänge.

Great Scandic location & outstanding staff!!
Pros:

Great & friendly staff and really good location.

Cons:

The street-noise. We stayed on Friday-Saturday and locals driving outside blasting local music all night long, into 1-2am. A bit difficult to sleep.

Pros:

Snyggt o fräscht hotell. Väldigt trevlig personal, bra service vid incheckning. ”Vårat” rum var inte städat vid 14.30, så då fick vi ett annat rum i samma korridor. Skönt när det är så smidigt!

Cons:

Ingen vattenkokare o snabbkaffe på rummet.

Pros:

Det mesta.

Cons:

Det var väldigt varmt på rummet och därför svårt att sova. Skräniga måsar utanför gjorde att öppet fönster inte var ett alternativ. På rummet fanns en golvfläkt som hjälpte lite.
