Tre riktiga sängar. Bra frukost. Mycket trevliga personal

Cons:

Nära motorvägen, vilket medför mycket buller när man öppnar fönstret. Slitna rum. Kallt vatten i bassängen. Parkeringen är dyr.

bodde på plan 7 och hade med mina två små barn. På fredagskvällen var det full spring av ungdomar som sprang och gapa och gick in och ut genom dörrarna. Saken var att dörrarna smällde så högt hela tiden så efter 2 timmar smällande var vi sjukt missnöjda med att sova där. Så till receptionen två gånger och 23:00 blev det tyst , men dom kom hem 02:00 igen så då blev det livat igen och vi vaknade.

Kanske ha ungdomar och familjer på olika plan ?
Det var vi jätte missnöjda med , dörrstängarna borde gå sakta och tyst , här smällde dom och ganska lyhört ut till korridoren.

Tyvärr var det en väldigt dålig upplevelse att bo på hotellet. Det var mycket oväsen och höga ljud under natten, vilket gjorde att jag inte kunde sova ordentligt. Jag är väldigt besviken eftersom jag förväntade mig en lugn och bekväm vistelse. Jag hoppas att ni tar detta på allvar och förbättrar situationen för framtida gäster.

Staff in the reception and all catering team very friendly and supportive.
Foods very nice and lots of choices

Cons:

Toilets needs more cleaning as bad smells was coming out of the Toilets over night

Cleaning rooms needs to be done daily automatically without booking, when someone book more than 1 night.
We stayed 4 days and not a single day was offered to clean.
We had children with us, I ended up taking the hover and cleaning our rooms by myself, also cleaned our Toilets.
No tea or coffee Facit in the room, some rooms they have and some not.
