Pros:

Jag sorterade i booking bara hoteller med parkering och frukost. I checkin jag blev informerad att båda frukost och parkering krävde betalningen. Det är jätte tråkigt eftersom jag aldrig brukar att boka hoteller utan frukost. Det var absolut den sista besök i den Scandic. Detta är en orättvis taktik som används för att lura kunder under bokningsprocessen.

Helt ok rum. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Maten till middagen var inte bra, beställde biff som var kall och torr. Och hamburgaren var riktigt trist. Personalen var stressade och kom knappt och frågade om vi ville ha nåt mer.

Varmt men trevlig personal

Sköna sängar och gott iskallt vatten i lobbyn

Cons:

Ingen AC på rummet, relaxavdelning hade dörr rakt ut till korridoren där man skulle byta om och dörr ut till poolen med direkt insyn till duschen. Bastun fungerade inte pga av dålig wifi. Kuddarna alldeles för mjuka. Dåligt med vegetariska alternativ på menyn och till frukost. Fläckiga soffor i entrén/lobbyn.
