Pros:

Bra rum.

Cons:

Tyvärr okunnig personal (en av dem försökte verkligen göra det bästa av situationen och var trevlig), men alla vi pratade med var okunniga, kändes som att det var allas första dag. De (flera) visste inte vad ett bubbelglas var för något (men fick ändå servera alkohol) visste inte vart sakerna var och fick springa runt och leta, checkad in vår vän i ett rum som tillhörde andra, mindes inte beställningar, serverade jäst vin osv.

Great value stay for road trips.
Pros:

Good rooms and great value. Perfect stopover on the way home from a trip. The staff were extremely hospitable and friendly, especially with kids.

Cons:

Nothing in sight, just what you would expect from a Scandic Hotel chain.
