The room smell was horrible and as they couldn’t change our room we didn’t stay in hotel much, absolutely waste of money

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.

Besonders die Palatschinken waren sehr lecker. Gleich in der Nähe ist die "Slussen" Metro Station. Die Altstadt Gamla Stan ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Als wir einchecken wollten, kam es zu einem Ausfall des Systems, wodurch der Check-in zunächst nicht möglich war. Wir mussten etwa 40 Minuten warten, während in der Zwischenzeit andere Gäste eingecheckt wurden. Da niemand aktiv auf uns zukam, um uns über die Situation zu informieren, und wir nach der Anreise bereits sehr müde waren und uns lediglich ein unkompliziertes Ankommen gewünscht hätten, empfanden wir die Situation als zunehmend unangenehm und frustrierend.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat sich anschließend aufrichtig und herzlich für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Dennoch war die Situation in diesem Moment für uns sehr unangenehm.

Die Zimmer sind eindeutig in die Jahre gekommen.

Bra läge för kollektivtrafiken och trevliga områden att promenera kring.

Cons:

Sängen var obekväm/hård. På bookings information om "mat och dryck" stod det "Mycket bra frukost ingår i alla alternativ" vilket jag misstolkade som att det var inkluderat i alla alternativ. Det kunde betalas i förväg för en mindre summa än om man betalade på plats men trots detta var det billigare att äta frukost ute.

I det stora hela en jättebra vistelse med + för takbaren och - för de mjölkproteinfria alternativen på frukosten.
Pros:

Personalen är bäst! Särskilt grabbarna uppe på takbaren! Takbaren i sej är också väldigt bra med fantastisk utsikt.

Cons:

Städningen var inte den bästa tyvärr, fläckar på golvet och hårstrån lite här och var. Vi hittade smör som var mjölkproteinfritt och youghurt som var det men med brödet var det inget bröd personalen kunde erbjuda förutom det som är glutenfritt också och det är inte gott tyvärr.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Scandic Sjöfartshotellet und würden hier wieder übernachten.
Pros:

Wir fanden das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war besonders toll!
Die Lage zur Altstadt ist fußläufig.
Wir konnten ab Samstag Abend bis Sonntag in der Seitenstraße hinter dem Hotel kostenlos parken.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, da war es bei offenem Fenster durch den Straßenlärm etwas lauter (aber mit geschlossenem Fenster kein Problem)
