Poor hospitality skills
Pros:

Such a bad experience of Stockholm because of one staff member whose name is Phillip!
He didn’t enforce the policies on everyone. My guest was refused entry and was so rude and offensive. Told me to go back to my country (UK) I was forced to check out on the second night due to his behaviour! Would not recommend this to anyone!

Den var okej, men kunde ha blivit mycket bättre.
Pros:

Hotellet låg jätte bra till närheten till Slussen och Gamla Stan och till dem saker vi skulle göra.

Cons:

Det var så sjukt kallt på rummet och när vi tog upp det i receptionen så fick vi 2 extra täcken istället för att ta reda på varför.
