The hotel is very outdated, for the amount charged, I expected better.
Pros:

This is in a great location.

Cons:

The hotel smells very old, the fixtures are separating and falling apart. It needs a refresh very badly. My room had leftover toenail clippings, weed and used tissues from whoever was in that room before me. The price paid and what I got are nowhere near my expectations.

Had to pay for a cold breakfast that had to be ru. Through the toaster for pancakes and waffles. Located very close to sea world

Cons:

Checked in and checked right back out 10 minutes later. We knew it was going to be bad as soon as we walked in and the ac wasn’t working and humidifiers were placed all along the entrance hallway. Got up to our room and as soon as we opened the door the room stunk, there was blood all along the bedskirt and there was a roach. This hotel is old and musty and not at all what was expected. Only good thing I have to say is that the man at the check in desk was very nice and apologetic!

Pros:

I always stayed at this place because the price you pay and what you get its a perfect match, but i really think they need to renovate the place or at least paint the building.

Cons:

It really needs renovations asap
Carpet changes
Fresh paint on the building and pool and some basic elevator renovation.
And also really need microwave on the rooms, its a basic thing.

Running a scam to charge customers more
Pros:

Good location, close to theme parks and restaurants.

Cons:

They’re running a scam to squeeze extra money out of customers. They charged us a cleaning fee because our room “smelled like smoke”. They didn’t have the decency to tell us about the charge, I just saw it on my banking statement. We have never been smokers. However, we saw the staff smoking marijuana by the pool multiple times.
