Love how a historic hotel had comfortable modern amenities.
Pros:

We arrived very early and were able to check in even though we were just trying to drop off our bags for checking in later. A very pleasant surprise after flying a red eye. Room was clean and comfortable. Despite close proximity to the L, room was very quiet. I appreciated the safety of needing to use the room key to go up the elevator. I will definitely be staying again.

The staff were amazing in particular Victor and a lovely lady working the day shift (can’t remember her name) who helped

Highly Recommend for Business or Pleasure!
Pros:

I stayed here for 5 nights for business, my company booked a room block and we had a breakfast voucher included which was LOVELY. All of the staff members were absolutely incredible, handling any and all of my needs with urgency and ease. They had recommendations of things to do during my off hours and created me every time I was in the lobby. My room was clean and spacious and I always had fresh towels ready for me. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend for both business and pleasure!

Beverly was awesome! The hotel is gorgeous. My stay was wonderful; Beverly was so helpful and kind. I will absolutely come back to stay at this facility.

Hospitality and location are the main factors that make this property attractive.
Pros:

Location is the shining point of the property not far from the loop, shopping centers, and dinning. Staff was attentive to our needs before check out and after check out.

Cons:

The rooms show there age with the pull out couch and little things like our room door that separates the main room with the living area not closing all the way and the shower curtain hanger “broken”.

Pros:

The check in staff! Room quality. Loved the air purifier and the filtered shower water and the nice, high quality towels. Room cleanliness. Quiet at all times. The Ell train sounded like gusts of wind. Super comfortable bed. Great location! The price was outstanding.

Cons:

There is nothing to write about that we didn't like.

Well located boutique hotel. Quiet room in back.
Lovely and very large suite was unexpected!
