Not much
Didn't have breakfast there.
We couldn't get in the pool because they had put a chemical, and they were not, I'm going to open for 24 hours.
Having to pay for parking was my only dislike.

The fact that I went to check in at 7, to be told that I had not paid, when I in fact I did, and the staff finally saw after I showed them, then they gave me a room that I didn't reserve, I had to come back downstairs to the front desk, after over an hour, I received another room 1608, went in, it was completely dirty, had not been cleaned, had to call front desk. At this time they are sending me back downstairs, at this time I'm sitting for over hours waiting on another room, Brian or whatever his name was, he was left to tackle all these issues by himself, the staff left him there to do so, while he dealt with everyone. While I'm still waiting for another room, finally at 10 I get another room, my 3rd room of the night, I go upstairs to the 1208, go into that room and low and behold that room was dirty as well, so guess what I had to go back downstairs again for another room and another wait time. Then another staff member finally stepped in to help the young man. Brian told him to take care of me first and explained to him what I was going through. I was on call at the hospital I work at so your hotel was close to my job and easy for me to get back there. I finally get a room at 1055, get upstairs and key wouldn't work but I believe it's because the guy that was helping me made his 8 look like a 5, so instead of me going to 1618 I was at 1615. So he came and helped me. I finally had a room that was clean. But I this time I was afraid to sleep on the bed, so I sprayed the sofa bed and slept on it.
They still have not returned my deposit for the room. This was a horrible experience. I got called to work at 4 am, then came back to the room around 9am to get an hour of sleep before it was time to check out
Breakfast was goods staff was cool.
The room got really hot. The ac didn't work that great and after a long days travel you would like to relax with a hot shower but the water never got hot
Inside of hotel was nice
Had to wait 2 hours at 9pm to get a clean room
Breakfast was ok, kitchen staff was pleasant.
Room was hot, itchy and bed was too worn in. Pool room smelled really bad. Staffing took a very long time to check in up to a hour for many. No ICE. Staffing were picking and choosing who to give treats too. People were complaining about dirty rooms.
They told me I had to pay for parking I’ve never paid for parking staying at this hotel also they told me it was $15 a night I stayed for 3 days and my total charge for parking was over $60 that doesn’t add up.
I liked the view from the room
The ac didn’t work good. The pool was not heated. They took a $100 deposit I was not aware of. Someone tried to come in our room in the middle of the night and 2 elevators were not working. The restaurant took over an hour to give my food.

Your front desk person, Tamika was very cheerful & helpful! When I first checked in, Tamika needed my 89 yr old Mother's ID who was still sitting in my car parked directly in front. Tamika stepped outside to my car to retrieve it, since my Mother was struggling to get out of the car. Also, when I returned the luggage cart to the lobby, I forgot my key card for the elevator ride up. Tamika issued me a new one. She was very patient & kind!
The guests next door was noisy but that is not your fault. We could hear them in the hallway & talking in their room because they were so loud.
