Overall, we would stay here again!
Pros:

Your front desk person, Tamika was very cheerful & helpful! When I first checked in, Tamika needed my 89 yr old Mother's ID who was still sitting in my car parked directly in front. Tamika stepped outside to my car to retrieve it, since my Mother was struggling to get out of the car. Also, when I returned the luggage cart to the lobby, I forgot my key card for the elevator ride up. Tamika issued me a new one. She was very patient & kind!

Cons:

The guests next door was noisy but that is not your fault. We could hear them in the hallway & talking in their room because they were so loud.

My stay was short enough to not piss me off completely

Location was ideal

Cons:

The restaurant and bar was closed on 4th of July of all days which happened to also be a Friday, to not be opened was a bad call and to not be informed that it would not be opened was a worse call, I booked this hotel based off of the restaurant/bar option. I had to move rooms because the first one was dirty, the second room I was placed in had no phone, so I couldn’t communicate with the front desk when needed.

Pros:

Convenient to Love Field. Good room rate through Expedia. Staff very friendly. Delicious breakfast. Very clean & comfortable. Had to book on short notice because flight delays had caused us to get into Dallas very late and we were not comfortable driving the 2 1/2 hours on to our home in the middle of the night. Everything worked out very well and we were so much more rested the next morning.

Pros:

The beds were more comfortable than expected.

Cons:

The breakfast was typical of a lower-budget hotel, but the stay itself was not priced accordingly. I was not expecting to pay for parking as well. These were items not disclosed when I looked into the property, where I was planning to stay with my son. When attempting to watch a little TV in the room, 50% of the channels didn't work. I was almost being forced to watch only the news.
