We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the staff was extremely friendly and courteous.
Pros:

Breakfast was just ok, but the staff was amazing. The ladies working in that room should be commended for ensuring that everything is wells stocked and they were very friendly.

Cons:

I did not like that there was parking charge, but if you come in late at night, there was no parking available. Vehicles are parked on the curb, and I actually had to park at the adjacent mall because I could not find a parking space.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, proche du métro et des restaurants.
Le personnel est adorable, et bienveillant avec nous. Nous avons eu un lit bébé gracieusement.

Cons:

Notre chambre était TRÈS BRUYANTE, côté route...il faut dormir avec les bouchons d'oreilles ( fournis par l'hôtel)..sinon nous n'aurions pas pu dormir

The fact I didn’t have all the channels that was offered and the channels weren’t confused, but other than that, everything else at the facility was perfect

Pros:

Stayed 2 nights one week apart, the first bed was soft and not that comfortable. the second bed was fine. The power plugs by the bed did not work in the second stay, that was annoying. Otherwise everything was fine.

Muy buena opción para alojarse en el sur de Boston
Pros:

Habitación amplia y confortable para alojar hasta 4 personas. Todas las instalaciones estaban limpias y la tarifa incluye desayuno bastante variado (café, jugo, huevos revueltos, salchichas, tostadas, manteca, dulce.

Cons:

Está ubicado cerca de una autopista y nos alojamos en fin de semana y estuvo bien difícil ubicar lugar en el estacionamiento para la camioneta.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the excellent service we received during our extended stay due to the snowstorm.

Edwin Woodberry and Isaais at the front desk were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful at all times. Miranda, who takes care of the breakfast area, welcomed us each morning with warmth and care. Berkis from housekeeping also deserves special recognition for her kindness and dedication.

During a challenging and unexpected situation, their support made a real difference for me and my family. Their professionalism, empathy, and friendliness turned a difficult moment into a much more comfortable experience.
