IT Was OKAY
Pros:

Usually can trust IHG not far from airport or cruise terminal.

Cons:

Staff was not friendly. Almost seemed as if guests were a bother. Staff did not appear to enjoy job or people much. Stoic. The maid for our room was a darling young lady. Breakfast staff worked hard. Bfast was fine.

I can only recommend this hotel to everyone
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The hotel was very clean. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee maker served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size "Dove" products in the bathroom. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage, gofri etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, butter, cream cheese, toast, bagel etc.). The cinnamon rolls are delicious! I enjoyed exploring the Mall near to the hotel. It is about an 8 minute walk from the Metro- and Bus Station Andrew. I am very satisfied with our stay, I can only recommend this hotel to everyone. Overall a good place to stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the wifi is not protected, so it was not recommended to use it.

Sehr sauber obwohl schon in die Jahre gekommen. Gratis Tee und Kaffee zur freien Entnahme. Kleines shoppingcenter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nächste U Bahnststion ca 10 Minuten entfernt. Teilweise bergauf und bergab. Mit Koffern eher mühsam weil Gehsteige in schlechtem Zustand
