Nice stay in Viena.
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Good food, very nice breakfast. The staff was kind and helpful. 30 min walking to the center, very close to the metrou station.

Moc se nám v hotelu líbilo a určitě si ho opět vybereme při další návštěvě Vídně.
Pros:

Dobrá a klidná lokalita, dobrá dostupnost do centra, výborné snídaně s bohatým výběrem a příjemný personál. Přijeli jsme o mnoho dříve než je check-in a pokoj byl připraven. Byli jsme velice spokojeni.

Nemám nic.

Very good value for Vienna central location
Pros:

We arrived early and the room was ready and we were able to check-in fast.
The location is central enough that you can walk to the city center in around 30 minutes.
There is a nice garden in the back where you can have your meals and drinks (incl. breakfast).

Cons:

The car parking was very tight. The spot that was available was hard to reach (jump a rail in order to acces the car boot). There are also not many spots available, so if you take your car out during the day, you might not find a spot on your return.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit dated.

Pros:

The room was always clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The towels and bed linen were fresh, and everything was neat and well maintained.

The location offers good value for money. It’s not in the very city center, but you can easily reach the main attractions with about a 15-minute walk.

Cons:

On the downside, the breakfast could be improved. The food was tasty, but the restaurant prices were quite high. Also, the included breakfast was exactly the same every day throughout our seven-day stay. It mainly consisted of a traditional English breakfast with just a few additional items, so it became repetitive after a couple of days.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, good value, and convenient location.

The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom. There was no proper ventilation, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially after taking a shower.

Comfortabale accomodation with a great breakfast
Pros:

We moved to this room due to the heat wave and needing to have aircon. The room was good with the bed being comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the super loud aircon. My husband who is quite deaf also remarked on it. Luckily we were so tired from the night before without aircon that we managed to sleep.

Pros:

Very good front desk personnel, kind and friendly, providing solutions and making a very welcoming atmosphere. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is in the center and near main amenities however reaching by car can be not so easy because of the surrounding limited parking spaces, however hotel offer a parking space in the building, if available, but it is not free of charge.
