Good stay in an area close to city attractions but far from public transpo
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was ok. Eggs were good. Sausages and fruit were wonderful. Having a private parking garage is a plus. Staff are all excellent.

Cons:

Breakfast could do better with more warm foods like beans and pancakes. Pastry tasted like paper mache. Private parking is very tight. Be prepared to be boxed in and having to enter your car through the trunk! Also didn't realise that the U-bahn is quite a long walk away.

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でフレンドリーでした。チェックイン前にもかかわらず、体調を崩していた息子のために早めにお部屋をご用意いただき、迅速にご対応くださったことが有難かった。本当に助かりました。
お部屋はとても清潔で水圧も温度も完璧です。3人でスイートに泊まりましたが、広さも十分でした。ロビーにあるウェルカムケーキも👍

Cons:

地下鉄U4から少し歩くので、大雪の場合、女性がスーツケースで移動するのはちょっと大変かも。

Super Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt unweit der U-Bahnstation Kettenbrückengasse. Man erreicht von dort aus bequem Schloss Schönbrunn, den P+R Hütteldorf, kleine Geschäfte und die gesamte Innenstadt. Eine gute Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants gibt es ringsherum. Wir hatten ein großes und gut ausgestattetes Familienzimmer zum ruhigen Innenhof. Da ich einen Vormittag kurz online arbeiten musste, hat mich auch das W-LAN überzeugt. Das Hotel punktet vor allem durch seine Sauberkeit und das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Housekeeping und das Barpersonal, allen voran Paul. Für die kleineren Gäste gab's immer mal was zum Naschen. Super herzlicher Service! Das Frühstücksangebot ist überschaubar, aber gut. Es wird immer aufmerksam nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack war die eine Seite des Bettes zu weich und die Lautstärke einiger Gäste (größere Gruppen) ist einfach nur rücksichtslos.

Incredible Value

This hotel is an incredible value. It’s very central by foot to all major touristy attractions and the rooms are surprisingly very modern. I thought my room setup/amenities were the best I’ve had at a Holiday Inn. Housekeeping was also really excellent. The price is a great deal and hard to beat.

What really made my stay here a 10/10 was the customer service. I am a solo traveler and I needed help buying train tickets for a few day trip excursions, plus a few recommendations I needed based on my travel itinerary. All of the night staff shift concierge team members helped me each time I had travel questions and kindly helped me figure out the train tickets I needed (it took like 20 minutes to get the tickets and I really appreciated how the concierge took his time to help me). I didn’t get their names, but 3 gentlemen on the night shift helped me.

It was my first time traveling to Europe, and I really appreciated the friendly tips/guidance from staff here. I later went to a 5 star hotel in Vienna for the last leg of my trip, but this Holiday Inn hotel was so much better in terms of service.

Management should be very proud of their staff and the hospitality shown to guests!
