Didn't receive the room we had specifically reserved.
Pros:

When we booked this hotel as our last night, we really wanted to have the "garden view" room. Really. It seems so relaxing and such a beautiful room, we specifically chose this hotel in order to be in the garden view room.
However, when we've arrived at the hotel, we were told we got upgraded to a better room. We responded that we're very grateful for the free upgrade, but we'd like to have the previous room since it's what we've ordered, and we specifically looked forward to stay in that room.
We were told that "no problem! but in the winter it's cold, so are you sure?", to which we responded that we have no problem.
The hotel staff did something in the computer for a couple of minutes when he suddenly said that all the garden view rooms are "under construction" and that he cannot give any of them to us.
Seems like double booking, don't it?
It was very very disappointing.

Other than that, the staff were ok, facilities were good, the place was very clean, comfortable, with a good locaiton.
I really would've given it a 10/10 if we would've gotten the room we were looking forward so much to stay in.

Cons:

Couldn't get the room we reserved, which was the initial reason for us to pick this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is very well located. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. The room is nice and their gym is well-equipped.

Cons:

The room was not soundproof at all. Noise from the corridors was constant and extremely disruptive, making it very uncomfortable, resting or even taking a short nap was nearly impossible

Megfelelő választás, ha valaki egy éjszakára keres szállást a belváros közelében.
Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés jó, több metró és buszvonal könnyen elérhető. Éjszaka csendes környék. A reggeli választéka kielégítő, minősége jó.

Cons:

Gyenge minőségű, elhasznált párna. Kopott, cserére érett kád. A kisebbik garázsba, amely a főbejárat mellett nyílik, csak gyakorlott vezetők parkoljanak be, nagyon szűk és meredek a lehajtó.

Everything a Holiday Inn experience should be!
Pros:

Staff were particularly courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and I was impressed by how the staff greeted just about every person in their mother tongue. Next time I'm in Vienna I will certainly stay here again

Brillant trip to vienna

Are stay at the holiday inn was excellent. Hoilday inn was spotless warm and so well located. The staff on Reception were Brillant esp the lad Gruben. Couldn’t do enough and the girl in bar was so friendly.Definitely recommend the Hoilday inn Vienna.Damien and Sinead

Es war sehr schön, ruhig und in bester Lage.
Pros:

Modern und funktionabel eingerichtet, sehr gute und zentrale Lage, zum Zentrum gerade mal 800m, ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Frühstück ist mit €22 zu teuer. Wer morgens nicht viel isst, verzichtet besser.
