Pros:

Struttura con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Molto pulita la stanza e gli ambienti comuni!
Staff super! Elizabeth alla reception è stata straordinaria dal primissimo giorno, così come il suo staff! La colazione è super abbondante e di qualità e anche lì lo staff del ristorante è estremamente gentile e professionale!
È stata un’ottima esperienza!

Cosy at a fair price
Pros:

Pretty cosy and comfortable room for our family of 4.
During the heatwave and extreme outside temperatures, the AC in our room saved our trip.
The cleaning service was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel common areas were not stroller friendly.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

The room was very nice and tidy. Beds were super comfortable. Location was nice as it was near the city centre, easy to travel to. Hotel very peaceful and quiet, lovely staff and services.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst umfangreich und von sehr guter Qualität. Der Innenhof mit dem Brunnen gefiel mir sehr gut und dort ließ es sich angenehm frühstücken. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Flure sind gefliest, somit war ab 6 Uhr das Housekeeping lautstark zu hören. Und an ein Weiterschlafen kaum zu denken. Die Flure sollten mit Teppichen oder Läufern ausgestattet sein, um den Lärm zu dämpfen.

An excellent choice for a city break
Pros:

Really nice hotell just in the city center, safe area, all is perfect. It is easy to get around on foot and by public transport. The garden is a wonderful addition. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are quiet and functional. We slept very well. We highly recommend the hotel and its services.

Great staff great hotel
Pros:

We have had the pleasure of staying here twice very central and great rooms.The staff both at the bar and the front desk remembered us and weee as welcoming as the first time we stayed. We really love Vienna and to be in such a great hotel with such wonderful staff makes all the difference. Look forward to returning again and again

Good sightseeing location

Good location, U-Bahn and Naschmarkt about 3-400 yds away.
Excellent breakfast choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Good value accommodation for a short break.

Amazing vacation
Pros:

An excellent hotel for a comfortable stay. Clean room, very friendly staff. Unexpectedly delicious and varied breakfasts! The hotel is conveniently located, close to the historical center and the train station. There are many restaurants nearby. I'll be happy to come back again ❤️
