I called ahead to check the sauna was working, they said yes. It wasn’t. Also when I arrived I then asked if the pool was working, the staffer went over to the pool, came back and confirmed the pool was working. Next morning pool was closed. Tbe other reviews are corrrct. Amenities are a joke. They probably never work.
Shabby worn out furniture. Ice machines not working and staff that don’t even know where they are located.

There were a bunch of kids running around ,screaming and slamming doors until midnight
comfortable beds , clean and a great place to relax
the only downside was there was kids running around at one in the morning down the halls being loud .

Rundown and dirty from last time we stayed there when it was a Holiday Inn . It WAS one of the best Motels in Barrie
Pas mal
The hotel staff was very accommodating. I had a personal issue. They were great to help me with my reservations. The room posted online was not dog-friendly. The hotel front desk was awesome in helping me change to a pet-friendly room. The parking is easy and accessible to any part of the hotel.
I received an email stating that I never checked. I was physically at the location to make the changes that I required. If you need to make changes online why does it take 24 to 48 hours to respond? If any changes are made at the location, all parties included should be updated immediately.
Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Liked how the room had extra blankets. The heating/ac was easy to use. Shampoo/conditioner was good. We were able to get a late check out.
We were able to get a late 12 o’clock check out and house keeping knocked at our door waking us up at 10:30 to ask if we were checking out soon.
We were looking forward to swimming in the pool but the water was too cold so we didn’t use it.
Quiet room, good shower
Needed rubber bath mat. Remote wouldn’t turn tv on or off (I pressed the button on the tv instead). Would like a complimentary breakfast. Main complaint was the room wasn’t ready until 3:45 pm. The cleaning staff were still cleaning rooms up until 5:45 pm or later. Need more staff, or ones that work faster.
Parking was easy, lots of spots near entry closest to room
Bathroom was is poor condition, no working fan,smelled muggy
The only good thing about this hotel is that it is next to the Mandarin restaurant.
Entering the hotel, everything was bad. The receptionist was very serious. The elevator was broken, mold in the bathroom, dirty carpet, strong cigarette smell, stained sheets. A room for 3 adults only had 2 towels and the tub had black stains.
