Pros:

The hotel staff was very accommodating. I had a personal issue. They were great to help me with my reservations. The room posted online was not dog-friendly. The hotel front desk was awesome in helping me change to a pet-friendly room. The parking is easy and accessible to any part of the hotel.

Cons:

I received an email stating that I never checked. I was physically at the location to make the changes that I required. If you need to make changes online why does it take 24 to 48 hours to respond? If any changes are made at the location, all parties included should be updated immediately.

Comfortable stay but was woken up by housekeeping a hour and a half before we were to check out.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Liked how the room had extra blankets. The heating/ac was easy to use. Shampoo/conditioner was good. We were able to get a late check out.

Cons:

We were able to get a late 12 o’clock check out and house keeping knocked at our door waking us up at 10:30 to ask if we were checking out soon.
We were looking forward to swimming in the pool but the water was too cold so we didn’t use it.

Pleasant room: just have them ready by 3:00 pm as promised
Pros:

Quiet room, good shower

Cons:

Needed rubber bath mat. Remote wouldn’t turn tv on or off (I pressed the button on the tv instead). Would like a complimentary breakfast. Main complaint was the room wasn’t ready until 3:45 pm. The cleaning staff were still cleaning rooms up until 5:45 pm or later. Need more staff, or ones that work faster.

Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is next to the Mandarin restaurant.

Cons:

Entering the hotel, everything was bad. The receptionist was very serious. The elevator was broken, mold in the bathroom, dirty carpet, strong cigarette smell, stained sheets. A room for 3 adults only had 2 towels and the tub had black stains.

Cons:

Prepaid my room with booking.com. Hotel charged me again on the credit card I provided as gtd for incidentals even after check in person confirmed he will cancel the duplicate reservation at check in.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

The hot tub was broken, and the sauna was broken, and no free breakfast. The TV didn't work at all of my second night there. The coffee maker didn't work in my room. The price of my two night stay was ridiculous when the hotel only had ten guests there.The whole weekend. The wifi did not work in my room. The staff was horrible to deal with.I would not answer any of my questions or concerns

Cons:

As soon as we walked in the receptionist told us they were not accepting any checkins. She blamed it on Booking.com and said there was nothing she could do to help. We had already paid through booking.com at that point. We left and got a different hotel. When I contacted Booking.com to get a refund, they contacted the hotel which claimed that there was no issue with our checkin, and that we simply didn't show up. Very disappointing experience. Thankfully Booking.com was still able to refund us.
