Hotel was fine overall.
Pros:

Rooms were big and spacious

Cons:

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, kids even complained about how sore the beds made them feel. No air-con in rooms. No plug points beside beds. Only one plug point in one room near a bed.
Couldn’t leave the bedroom doors open in the family room, had to prop them open with chairs, maybe some door jams would be helpful there.

The staff were fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

The choice of food at the bar was limited and there was not a lot of variety to choose from. I wanted a roast dinner and it was not on the menu 😕

Great value, great location for the bike fest, gleneagle concerts and a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Didnt get to use the pool, bar food was lovely, staff very responsive, and really great value for money.

A total rip off considering the price and we will not go back.
Pros:

Walking distance to center

Cons:

Absolutely disgusting thick and dirty carpet floor.
No ventilation in the bathroom so you could not see the mirror after showering. The bath tub was clogged so water went up above the ankles when showering.
No hair dryer in the room. No coffee or tea available in the room. The breakfast for 18 eur per person was a joke - really bad.
