Great hotel in a great location. I would highly recommend.
Pros:

Really comfy beds in a spotlessly clean room. The hotel facilities were great with an easy check in. Hotel is in a great location & if you’re here on a Monday, Mary Donals, the pub across the road had a fab night with Irish dancing.

Staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Everyone from desk to bar to breakfast staff.
Pros:

Roomy and comfy beds.

Cons:

Open windows were the only air to get in room. We were on first floor- didn’t feel comfortable with the access the open window access left all night but needed cool air to sleep.

Chambre familiale très agréable
Pros:

Super chambre familiale avec un grand espace et une chambre séparée pour les parents (nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants). Très très calme et confortable. La piscine est un vrai plus !

Clean and spacious.
Pros:

It was exactly as shown in the photo. Clean, spacious and well appointed. There was an elevator. Free parking was available within the property

Pros:

Value for money, option of pool, even though I ran out of time to use it.

Cons:

Lighting in room was poor.
Room was adjacent to car park, and cars parked right outside window with those people able to see straight into our room. Privacy was very poor that way, also other windows of hotel could see into our room

Peut-être mon hôtel préféré... dans un village très accueillant
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé sur l'accès principal vers Killarney. Le village est très accueillant avec des Pubs animés par des concerts. L'hôtel contient lui-même un pub traditionnel. La piscine est agréable. Des créneaux de réservation au petit-déjeuner permettent d'éviter l'attente et de se restaurer dans le calme. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce lieu.

Pros:

Excellent spacious room, friendly staff and overall the hotel was clean .

Cons:

The swimming pool and steam room could have been a bit cleaner-steam room could be cleaner and in need of an upgrade.
Decent breakfast but not sure it was worth the money. Coffee was poor.
