My reservation wasnt on that system and when I check out they charge me again more than what actualy pay Suppouse I hadnt pay yet so now I have to wait for that refund

Good, but not as nice as expected for location!
Pros:

Front desk staff was super friendly.

Rooms are outdated. Carpet stained.
Pool area also outdated and needs repair to cooldeck.

Elevators outdated and so hot. Lobby of elevators also hot. Set at 83 degrees.

Charles greeted us at the valet stand and thus began our awesome experience with the staff at Scottsdale Marriott at Mcdowell Mountain. He directed us to check-in and we were greeted by a smiling young lady named Morgan. We we're a little early but our room was ready and she quickly got us checked in. Room was spacious. We got changed and headed to the pool. The pool needed a quick skim but it wasnt enough that we didnt enjoy it. We headed up to the restaurant/bar to grab a quick snack. Ordered drinks and chips, salsa& guac.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Suite is dated and sofa seemed to be past its lifetime expectancy. Room a little smelly at the doorway. Food at cafe is good and very conveniently located near lobby. Coffee good.

I thought the staff at this hotel were excellent and it was located in an area with easy access to the highway. The property itself is in need of some renovation and comes across as a little dated. A good value though.
