Despite the good cleaning service and breakfast, the lack of the crib negatively affected our stay.

Cons:

I requested a crib reservation in advance; however, when I arrived at the hotel, I found that it had not been installed in the room. After contacting the front desk again, I was informed that there were no more cribs available for installation. This situation significantly affected our night, as we had to sleep with the baby between us to prevent her from falling off the bed.

Estupenda.
Pros:

El personal del restaurante, es atento, amable, empático, Oswaldo, Jorge y Danellys, los amé, personas como ellas hacen mas agradable la estancia, porque le ponen corazón a su trabajo.

Cons:

Que el hotel no tenga servicio de transporte que te recoja y lleve al aeropuerto, es lo único que le hace falta. Y por último, seria maravilloso que siempre hubiese café en la recepción, si se acaba en la noche ya no hay mas hasta el otro día en la mañana.
