Práctico y con todo lo necesario
Pros:

Amabilidad de los empleados. La habitación era cómoda y el desayuno abundante y productos de buena calidad. Queríamos algo cerca del aeropuerto y para eso la ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Bastante caro para una sola noche.

HOTEL FROM HELL NEED I SAY MORE STAFF NEED SOME KIND OF LEADERSHIP GOOD LOOK TO THE NEW OWNERS!!!!!

Melanie on the front desk was great, we had issues from day 1 till we left she was the only person who tried to resolve the problem for us!!!!!

Cons:

No manager on duty day OR night if so they did not attempt to contact us for the 5 days we stayed. SO UNPROFESSIONAL !!!! BATHROOM BASIN HAD A HUGE CRACK IN IT, BIRD POO ON THE NET CURTAINS, NO SAFE IN ROOM, NO PHONE IN ROOM OR MICROWAVE, TOILET OVERFLOWING WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM! It was the HOTEL FROM HELL! IT TOOK ALL DAY FOR A CLEANER TO CLEAN THE DISGUSTING FLOOR! WE CALLED RECEPTION SEVERAL TIMES AND WE WERE TOTALLY IGNORED!!!!! WE BOOKED A KING SUITE WHICH WAS SO GRIM AND IN DIRE NEED OF A GOOD CLEAN CARPETS WERE TOTALLY THREAD BARE AND DIRTY THE WHOLE PLACE NEED TO BE KNOCKED DOWN AND RE BUILT IF POSSIBLE WE HEARD IT IS IN TRANSITION FROM ONE COMPANY TO ANOTHER THE STAFF HAD NO INTEREST OR CARED ABOUT THE PLACE OR US AS A CUSTOMER !! I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FROM THIS HOTEL IT TOTALLY RUINED OUR STAY IN MIAMI!!!!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY FROM THIS HOTEL I SENT AN EMAIL TO THEM AS SOON AS WE LEFT AS I SAID SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL ONE PERSON ON RECEPTION NAMED ADRIANNA HAD A SMUG LOOK ON HER FACE WHEN I WAS REITERATING THE ISSUES WE HAD DURING OUR STAY - NOT INTERESTED AT ALL!!!!! AS I SAID HOTEL FROM HELL - THE STAFF TOLD US NO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!! BREAKFAST VERY BASIC NO HEALTHY OPTIONS - I TOTALLY GAVE UP IN THE END!!! THE SAFE WE WERE GIVEN LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING FROM NOAHS ARK IT WAS THE SIZE OF A MINI FRIDGE!!!!! WHAT CAN I SAY!!!! OBVIOUSLY VERY DISILLUSIONED!!!

they gave me a handicap room. There were no trash bags in the trashcan when I booked the room it said breakfast included. They said that my room couldn’t get breakfast, but I wouldn’t have never booked the room if it didn’t have breakfast on it due to my husband taking medication.
