Will not be staying here again - and if I was with my family, I wouldn't have stayed at all.
Pros:

Location was decent for what I needed for work - 7/11 Wendys and Chickfila across the street were convenient.

Cons:

First impression was dirty, trash all over the parking lot, piled in front of the dumpster, scattered in front of main entrance office/lobby doors, tenants smoking right at the front door. Right above the front entrance there is a vacant room that staff are using to store extra beds, window curtains are always open and the lights are always on - looks bad. Paint is chipping all over the place. A breakfast room that's open to everyone without a door but doesnt serve breakfast gives off cheap vibes. The room had amenities, but there was chipped paint and rust everywhere. Morning of checkout wifi stopped working, presumably because it was check out day - but Im there for business, and I needed wifi before I left. The tenants are all loud as can be, kids running up and down the halls, multiple tenants in different rooms playing music or watching TV far too loud near midnight.
