Olía muy feo todo mal
There was grease on the table and some stick stuff on the floor. And homeless people camp out by the pool with shopping card. We checked out after two hours . Hotel said they refunded our money back to booking.com. We still do not have the credit.

What’s not clean and it had weird smell!!!
It had a pool
To many people living in the hotel. So towels and bedding was limited to the guest. I had to go buy my own towels and it took me 7 hrs to get clean bedding when I noticed what they had gave us. The hallways smelled like fish and dog piss. I had to switch rooms 3 times before getting a clean one.
Is near to the parks and easy to drive. Walmart and some fast food around.
We are used to book in any type of hotels in Orlando, this is so far the worst hotel that we stayed. One of the windows couldn't be locked, was broken. A strong scent of cigarettes and mold. We didn't use the sofa bed because was full of mold. No breakfast, totally scam. AC vents couldn't be adjusted far away from the bed so was super cold for those who stayed close to it. I mean, I only stay for 1 night, but I would recommend it to anyone, specially who travels with kids. A very unpleasant stay.

They sold out our room and it was dirty with bugs. We left after seeing rooms

Late check in accommodated by a friendly reception lady.
The sheets were covered in several hairs. The sofa bed did not have a sheet and the mattress was stained and very dirty.
The first room we were sent to was already occupied.
Strong smell of smoke on our pillows and very strong pungent smell in corridors.

Everything the place was disgusting had to go buy cleaning stuff myself room was never cleaned after last persons stay still had clothes under the bed microwave was nasty bathroom had a ring around it and was dirty.
It was full of drug addicts people yelling and screaming all night bathroom had mold ac filters had mold dresser had dirt in it and was missing bottle drawer plus much more wrong with it
Close to shopping
The rooms are in need of renovation asap. The pictures shown on website do not match what is found when entering the room. The furniture is old and in disrepair, showers are old and fixtures are hard to turn. There's no dresser to unpack suitcase, and stovetop heating elements don't maintain heat to cook anything. Luckily we had our toaster oven with us to prepare food. The hallway carpeting is stained and needs replaced, Surprised that we had no access to a mop just to mop up spills on the deeply scratched and dirty floors.No broom either.. The room rates don't match the conditions of the rooms, too expensive for what is supplied.
I can’t say one good thing about this place.
They didn’t have a room for me when I got to the motel. I at there at 130am and the clean half way straighten a room (made the bed with dirty stuff on the bed) next to morning they still didn’t have a room for me. I was told it’s summer and they over sell all the time. So I have been fighting since to get a refund. So far no luck.
