Extended Stay America Suites - Orlando - Southpark - Commodity Circle offers everything you need when you need to be away from home for a few nights, a couple of weeks, or even several months. Spacious, fully-furnished suites with kitchens, close to The Florida Mall, Target, and Publix, and near Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, and Downtown Orlando.

Important information:

Housekeeping service is offered every 14 days. For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, and more.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment; cash is not accepted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff was OK

Cons:

The room very bad conditions the first room 204 was very bad conditions I request king size bad gave me double beds plus the television was screen TV crashed the sofa was missing materials is bad condition then I ask that I need my money back bc that room is very bad so the staff decided to change me a room so I stay 207 room so I decide to stay there bc I had my baby with me and we had plan to go park so I ask him for a baby crib he said we don't have baby coins at all the building smells so bad drugs smoking I think was very strong smell the bath tub had a full hands hair clots the showers curtains have very bad brown stains very disappointed staying in this hotel

Terrible and uncomfortable
Pros:

I did not get any breakfast from the hotel. I paid for the room the day before I arrived. When I checked in, I was told the room I booked was out of order. The front desk clerk (who had her name tag facing backwards) put me into a different type of room which was not handicap accessible.
The room was supposed to be non smoking. The room smelled like cigarettes. The sofa pull out bed was filthy. The mattress had stains and crumbs of things on it and there was a fitted sheet on it covered with black pieces of hair.
There was spider webs throughout the room. Roaches the kitchenette. The floor of the bathtub was ate out meaning the paint of it was all tore out of it. It looked filthy and disgusting. The three draws that the tv sat on had paint scribbles over it and the first drawer didn’t have a bottom to it. So you could only use 3 draws to put clothing in.
There was no linen and pillows for the pull out sofa bed.
I went to request some at the front desk and the front desk clerk stated there were no extra pillows available.
I had to use 2 from the 4 pillows from the bed my grandparents would sleep on, to use for myself and my 2 young adult children.

Pros:

Im sure the free breakfast was their hook but it was just store bought cupcakes, coffee, and tea. See picture below

Everything. It was nasty. Roaches everywhere, awful smell, no trash can, dirty towels. Overall the room was dirty. So disappointed

Worst hotel I have ever came across ever!
Pros:

Couldn’t pay me to stay here, will never stay at another extended stay America ever

Cons:

Tried to check in 45 minutes early and were told room was still being cleaned. Once we did get room it was still dirty, called to have bathroom re cleaned, dirt and grit in tub and hair all over the shower wall. We really should have asked for whole room to be cleaned. Looks nothing like photos online! Carpet was old and worn out and not clean. Bathtub was dirty and tub coating was flaking off and nearly gone. Stove burners were sticky and disgusting, microwave was dirty and rusty. Found multiple socks, a cookie bag from with a date from 3 days prior on it, a hair clip, sauce packet and room key all in random places. Also found a baggie with drug residue by phone! We booked for 2 nights and were given a refund for one night but left and chose not to stay so still had to pay for a night which I feel is crazy due to circumstances. DONT STAY HERE! Pay the extra money and go somewhere else it’ll be worth it I promise
