I love staying there
Fue la peor experiencia de mi vida. Cuando llegué al hotel habían vendido mi reserva. Me quedé en la calle y el hotel no respondió en nada. Esta gente son unos irresponsables
The location reeked of old cigarettes
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Location smells like cigarettes everywhere. The room needs repairs! It had dirty carpet,walls and appliances and sadly roaches...
Relocating Lana is very nice I wish we had more people like her working for you she makes you feel comfortable the score is given due to Lana the GM Troy is very rude and weird you need to let him go

Everything is dirty, smells like cigarette, bad customer service, they don’t clean the rooms. They promise breakfast but don’t have breakfasts. Don’t change clean towels, water is leaking. They don’t care for the customers.
Everything is bad over there.
Only good is the location.
Very bad experience, not recommended at all.
Bad Customer service they have bad attitude and doesn’t like to help.
Dirty rooms
Kitchen doesn’t have spoons, knife, etc. No coffee maker. Nothing.
Beds dirty, they don’t chance the bed clothes.
Water leaking.
They don’t clean the rooms daily.
Don’t change the towels every day, they take yours wash it and they give you back clean, but you have to wait this time!!!
They said breakfast included, but we had only one day, just cupcakes…
There is no coffee.
Floors smell like cigarette.
