Location, smelled clean in the room with air freshener
Pillows were terrible went to target next door to but our own. Signage about trash pick up was not clear. Check in they said to plane bag outside door for pick up. Was thrown back into room. We found the place to throw it with a sign in the back of that room. Construction was being done on 3rd floor, we were in 2nd floor.. we were told at check in. Early morning wake up was crazy loud. Need was like one of the beds that you'd pull down from the wall, though comfortable no way was it a queen and nearly sat right on top of the AC unit and next to window. Screen to window was falling out.
The hotel was very clean, my room was just as clean and smelled good! The bed was confortable, staff was very sweet, kind and courteous! My 1st week stay was so great, that I went back the following week while i was in Polaris for my final week of classes!
I also enjoyed using the workout equipment, the room was very clean and comfy as well!

The grab and go breakfast is sufficiently stated upon checking in (there's kitchens in the hotel rooms if a person wants to prepare a hot breakfast), the construction on the upper level wasnt a problem, they were very quiet(this is also stated prior to checking in)!
Location was ideal for my needs. Front desk employees were kind.
Poor first impressions, the grounds were not kept lawn not cut weeds everywhere. Toilet in my room very difficult to flush was not feeling to capacity shower water pressure poor. A little concerning the kitchen wasn’t stacked and you needed to request items. Parking lot not well maintained and poorly lit.
Arriving at the hotel, they advised my husband that they were fully booked and they still charged us for the entire stay. Booking.com tried to get our money back from them without success.

Nobody out near the front desk when I left at 6:30. No idea where the grab and go breakfast was. No idea when my deposit would be returned.

There were no dishes in the cupboards.
It was dingy, and the grass needed mowed.
It just looked run down.
We were told there was breakfast.
Coffee, tea, and muffins. No eggs, toast, waffles, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, milk, juice. I would have had a larger choice at a filling station.
It was clean and staff was polite.
I talked to Tony the manager and told her about the ants and also location I showed pictures to Amy I was ru o that I would get a partial refund to date th at hasn't happened.
They don't have enough staff. We waited 34 minutes before someone came to check us in. The staff was professional but not enough staff

The location is near the interstate and businesses. There is nothing especially unique around it but convenient.
Functional but worn out in every aspect and in need of renovation. Broken microwave and vanity drawers, and other things. Also a dark room with poor lighting.

They upgraded our room when the first smelt like smoke.
The smoke smell in first bathroom we had.
