The furniture in my room (#253) was suffering from wear and exposure. I didn't feel comfortable putting any of my clothes in the available storage spaces.

When I search the hotels this hotel price showed around $75 and then I booked it few months back. Now I see that they charged me way more than 150+. This is not right. I looked from the hotel web site and the price is around $75 with tax and all it is around $90. This is not correct and I trust booking.com and that's why I did not even check the card till now. Very bad.
The young lady that checked me in was very nice and I could tell they were very understaffed but she helped everyone with a great attitude
Very dirty due to construction and workers staying at hotel definitely need more staff for upkeep and cleanliness.
We had great Customer Service while checking in. Kerrens and Patricia did a great job to make it an easy and seamless process. They were friendly and informative and started our stay out on a positive note.

Very nice property. Clean and well kept. Very close to shops there is a sheets gas station with in walking distance as well as restaurants m.
Parking is limited especially late at night be prepared to park away from the front door if you’re coming in after 7pm. But the area seems pretty safe very congested area very busy.
In Polaris
The room wasn’t clean sheets were dirty crumbs all over the beds, shower curtain filthy and had paint splatters all over. Pubic hairs all in the bathtub. The floors were filthy left the bottoms of our socks black all in all not very satisfied. The windows were left unlocked when we arrived in the 148 room and the screen on the one window looks as if someone tried to get in

Staff were helpful (Ebony). Room as exceedingly dated, sketchy and worn out. Only the ads and posters in the elevator are modern.
While in an area with modern competitors and strong commercial synergy, this property is being milked. Sad.
