The peace and quiet excellent staff and service excellent cleaning staff plenty parking great rates nice rooms.
Verry nice neighborhood everything within walking distances stove full size fridge cabinet space and stove verry clean and fresh linnen.

The room was very dirty and had roaches. Had to leave right after arrival. Could leave young children in that environment.

Room was old and in desperate need of updating. Only one elevator. Handicap door openers on front door didn’t work. Air conditioner in room was very noisy and blew right on bed. Kitchen was not furnished with any dishes or utensils although there was a notice that you could ask for such.

Room not as clean as would’ve liked
I liked that there was a fridge, and that everything was decently clean. Wifi worked easily.
The bed and pillows were saggy and old and didn't offer support. I couldn't find a trash can in the room. Breakfast was very underwhelming.
I was moving between states and changed my arrival time about twice, which they told me was fine. Eventually I told staff I would arrive after checkout time the next morning but asked if they could facilitate me taking a shower. I thought this was the least that they could have done since I didn't use the room I had paid for. Even if they had me use the shower from another vacated room, that would have been fine. I was met with a resounding no. They just lost more business I will be bringing to the area. For sure.
Nothing. I never got to stay there because my room was not available even though I booked it back in March. Instead of a room with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa for 6 people including my significant other and our 4 children. Instead, I got there and they had changed my reservation to two queen rooms separate from each other “close in vicinity”. That was not going to work for us. Also,
The property (front desk worker Tito) checked in another party under my reservation without checking photo ID and proceeded to run my credit card under the room they “accidentally” gave away. The whole experience was terrible and I had to find last minute lodging at 10:15pm with small, very tired children.
I will never recommend Extended Stay ever!
I was glad we were only there 1 night and that the water was warm to shower.
The carpets in the hallways and room was very dirty. The trash cans were overflowing. The elevator was out of order, and the towels were stained.
Kelsey is a wonderful host for guests to enjoy a temporary home! Her kindness and understanding has helped my family so much for peace of mind. The chocolate muffins are our favorite! Thank you staff and crew!
