Whoever owns this place needs to pull their pants up and start making some major investments. I'm sure it was great once upon a time, but now it's worn down to such a level that everything looks dirty - regardless of how well they clean.
And you're not serving complimentary breakfast with oatmeal portion bags and a water boiler.

It was not a clean room. It had a lot of cockroaches. TV remote was broken. Bathroom was not clean and Commode was clogged. Complimentary breakfast contained only two to three options.
The front desk clerk Sharniece has made the whole process of my stay seamless and comfortable. Her customer service skills and personality is amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. I will definitely be returning again.
Free breakfast, Clean and friendly place I would highly recommend to friends and family. Very helpful and friendly staff. I just love Shariese so much she is such a blessing and always so kind!

The rooms were stink to high heaven. I had to choose between three the beds are full-size. I don’t know how they say. Four people can fit in a room with a full-size bed and a full-size pullout. They were just awful and the smell was just atrocious.

Overall the room is nice and all but I hate dirty tub .. that tub was really disgusting to look at.. I took a shower in the sink…. I hate a dirty looking tub..but overall the location and hotel itself is really nice

We’ve only been here a couple of nights so far, but we’ve already decided this is where we’ll be staying long term, in lieu of looking at Furnished Finders or an Airbnb situation for this 6 week long work trip.
This is our first time staying at an Extended Stay America. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their guests, which completely changed our minds about looking elsewhere.
The rooms are very clean, everything works properly, and it even smells fresh—which makes a big difference for an extended stay. The grab-and-go breakfast is simple (oatmeal, packaged muffins, cereal bars, and coffee), and the coffee is good, however if you’re someone that doesn’t do sugar you may want to get your own creamer.
Special thanks to Shariese, who is so warm and caring, and Kelcee, whose contagious smile brightens the whole lobby. Their hospitality has made this feel like the right place for us.
