Pros:

Good location, clean rooms, breakfast was great.

Cons:

The hot tub was colder than the pool. Also, very very small.

It was clean, comfortable and the service was very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. It was actually ready about 20 minutes early which was a nice surprise because I had to leave before breakfast was scheduled. It was very good as well.
The pool tiles had mildew all over them so that was kind of gross. There was some water damage in the floor in our room as well.
The bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The room was clean and seemed recently renovated although it was a very surface renovation.
I also left some clothes in the wardrobe and they said they would hold it for me for 30 days so I thought that was nice.
I found the pool a bit warm and the hot tube felt like it was about 104 degrees. That may or may not be a good thing for you personally. I really appreciated the adult time between 10PM and 12AM as well. I couldn’t handle all the kids screaming and splashing. After they left it was so peaceful.
Overall I enjoyed the visit.

Pros:

The room’s design is really nice and functional, and the kitchen is excellent. The hotel amenities are interesting.

Cons:

The bed was very uneven, so we did not have a comfortable night’s sleep. In addition, the air conditioner sounded almost like an airplane taking off, making it very difficult not to wake up whenever it came on during the night.

As for the hotel itself, the front desk staff were not very welcoming upon our arrival. Even though the website asks guests what time they expect to arrive, no rooms were made available to anyone before 4:00 p.m. This can be misleading, as it gives the impression that arriving a little early may be accommodated.

The hotel pool was a great temperature for children. However, swimming lessons were taking place there—I’m not sure whether the hotel rents out the pool for classes—which somewhat limited the freedom and comfort of hotel guests using the pool on a weekday.

Front desk staff need to be trained
Pros:

Close to the west Edmonton mall

Cons:

A few things. Our room what dirty with brown like substances on the one wall and trailing up to the ceiling. I had booked two rooms and our one rooms alarm clock went off at 4:30am even with being unplugged. Notified front desk staff in morning about how unfortunate this was and they didn’t seem to care much about our disruptive sleep even though we had just traveled almost 9 hours.

Room was noisy and the breakfast had hair in it. I told the staff and nothing was done about it so we had to eat elsewhere. Which cost $45.00

Pros:

Good location, breakfast in mornings. Had food to buy on hand snack wise.

Cons:

That the rooms were cleaned every 2 days. I didn't care that the sink was out of the wasroom. To wash hands.

Excellent choice for Edmonton
Pros:

Friendly staff
The one charger wasn’t working in our room and a maintenance guy came super quickly. Replaced/fixed the thing in 10 minutes.
