Location was perfect, room looked out onto the canal. very clean, lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Service was perfect, had a problem with the shower and reception came up within minutes to fix. Trip was for partner birthday and was accommodated perfectly and couldn’t have made the occasion more special for us. Overall would defiantly come back and would highly recommend.

Tivoli Doelen is amazing! The staff is great, breakfast is next level, the Eggs Benedict were the best I've ever had. The room was beautiful with an incredible canal view, super comfortable bed, and the shower was just perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

10/10 recommend staying at the Tívoli! The team here makes you feel so welcome and at home, and the whole experience felt very luxurious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Guest services made sure we were taken care of. The location is so central in Amsterdam, right off a central canal. Can’t wait to come back one day!
Fantastic staff made for a wonderful stay. The rooms need a little tlc, but the place is charming, the food excellent and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.
We stopped for a cheese, herring bites and champagne at Omber. We took pictures with the canal in the background. This is a beautiful and welcoming space with outstanding service. I’ll be back with more friends soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit.
We especially loved the hotel’s location — it’s perfectly situated and very convenient for exploring the city. The view was also beautiful and added a lot to the overall experience.
The only downside for us was that the hotel rooms are quite small. With two people and two suitcases, it was a bit difficult to move around comfortably in the room.
