Quality Inn Tucson Downtown near Convention Center

Stay away from this hotel. It’s right next to the main freeway and lots of homeless around. The pool is closed for the season that should be mentioned in the advertisement. The dining is very limited. Lots of restaurants in downtown nearby but it’s hard to find parking and traffic is crazy . Other than that very limited restaurants around.

I would not stay here again

The carpet is sticky, ice machine broken, the pool is green, the sheets are wrinkle and the room has a smell, less food for breakfast

TV was on when I came in the room. Turns out the remote was broken. Also the bedside drawer would not stay closed. The shower knob wouldn't work and only cold shower was available.. the manager was extremely disrespectful when told of the issues

Clean property

We went there for the 4th of July fireworks and it's a great location to see them.
However, the hotel was extremely subpar
The key cards did not work for the outside doors so if we didn't block the door we would get locked out. Extremely high deposit for such a run down property. Nothing in the room is worth $5 let alone $100 . Non functional internet. Breakfast consisted of stale off brand cereal with no milk So not sure what we were supposed to do with that , weak watery coffee. Unable to control water temperature in shower and could not get it hot.Check out time 11:00 and no option to extend to 12 without unreasonable fees. Room in complete disrepair.

Great stay staff was great.

The tv will freeze constantly, they blamed the provider. Nothing but the TV was unplugged and no where near the appliances.

It turned out fine, convenient actually, but I was unaware the hotel was hosting tons of vendors. So it was busy.

The front staff was pleasant but that was the only thing. The rooms were dirty, furniture used and stained with holes in the desk chair seat. The floors gave way when walking to the room. The carpets were stained around the doors and in the entry way. It honestly felt like I was at a halfway house with the quality of people who were there. There was concern for drugs, in and around the hotel. There was a dirty sweaty man who went into the staff kitchen to fill his own cups (4 of them) with Ice. Another dirty man stole the maid cart and took things off the cart. I did not feel safe and if it was not for the fact that my husband was there I would not have stayed. There was a serious concern for saftey. The breakfast hall was filled with dirty, homeless looking people at 6AM!!! and when I went to check again around 7AM there was more that than 6am crowd. I will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

You get what you pay for at the “Quality Inn”. The tv didn’t work, the room was aged and not very clean. The pool was closed which was great for 100 degree.

this property was not as bad as i heard . the neighborhood in s. tucson next to the barrio is not so good

Freeway noise is a bit much

Shower faucet for hot/cold didn't work properly, and slider to the patio had no lock... just a bent bar to hold it shut.
