Stayed here for 10 days. The hotel has recently been refurbished and is of a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds and a modern updated bathroom. The breakfast is very good and the service is second to done. The staff are very friendly and attentive led by the hotel manager Alix who could not have done any more to make our stay as memorable as it was. This hotel will not disappoint
Wow, such a nice place! From the moment we arrived, we felt really welcomed. Our room was super nice, with a pool view. The hotel is newly renovated and very modern. They have a pretty good breakfast, but it’s extra. Honestly, I’d definitely come back. Big shoutout to the whole staff for taking such great care of us
⭐️⭐️ (2/5) – Beautiful hotel, rushed opening, major issues
Let me start by saying this hotel is beautiful and has a LOT of potential. The rooms are modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Housekeeping and staff are AMAZING, friendly, professional, and truly doing the best they can. None of this is their fault.
That said… this place should NOT have opened yet.
• There is a $35 early check-in fee, which would be fine if everything else actually worked.
• The phones do not work because the hotel “doesn’t have a landline yet,” so you cannot reach the front desk from your room.
• Laundry facilities were out of order my entire stay.
• Back entrance doors are locked and your room key does NOT allow re-entry. If you park in the back, you must walk all the way around to the front lobby every single time.
• No elevator. If you have luggage, good luck carrying it up the stairs.
• Internet was in and out the entire stay.
• The TV in my first room did not work.
Now the biggest issue and this is unacceptable:
When showering, sewage came up through the drain. Yes, literal poop. This happened to me AND at least three other guests. I had to be moved to another room. That alone is a health hazard and should have shut everything down immediately.
Again, the staff handled it as best as they could and were incredibly apologetic and helpful. But management and ownership seriously need to step up. This was clearly a rushed grand opening, and guests are now paying the price for it.
This hotel needs to close temporarily, fix the plumbing, access issues, elevators, laundry, internet, and basic amenities, then reopen properly. Because right now, pretty walls do not make up for broken systems and sewage problems.
It’s a shame because this place could be great. But until these issues are resolved, I would not recommend staying here.

Don't stay in this hotel!!!
They charge $100 deposit fee and never refund your money back. Every phone, email which you try to contact them doesn't exist. A true scam to get money from people

About the hotel there are very strange people staying at reception lodge all day, I don't think they are guest probably homeless people which they allow to stay there. There's no room service even if you stay one week. The corridors stinks.
Get another place to stay.

It was very nice even with construction
I was there for 3 days, in room 1118 there were some small cockroaches, in the bathroom, on the floor of the room.
During this period the room was not cleaned...
The hotel is excellent. I noticed that they are undergoing renovations, everything should be better.

The entire hotel is under construction, the rooms are dirty and full of cockroaches. The toilet overflowed when we flushed it. The bed was full of bedbugs. There was no staff in the lobby when we arrived. The pool, restaurant, and gym were closed. We had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and go somewhere else. They should close it down.

The room was very musty and humid, the AC was turned down to 60° so I assumed it was recently turned on and the room faced west with the sun beating the window. As of 0130 I went out to sleep in the truck with a soaked bed and a still hot, humid room.
Walked into room had bugs crawling around floor bathroom got another room with same uncleanliness! Slept in my car
There was nothing positive I can say about the whole experience I'm glad I only stayed one night.
After making the booking i was informed the pool and restaurant were closed. It should have said so before I booked.
Upon arrival I saw that there was a total renovation going on with workers and dust everywhere. I asked if there was any coffee available-No, I asked where the ice machine was- we don't have one it was removed for the renovation. When I got to my room, which was neat and tidy, there was no chair to sit on at the desk so i had to go back to reception and ask him for one, he was very helpful and fetched one from another room.
After I had finished working i went to get a shower-the valve was broken and partially removed so i couldn't have a shower. I then went to wash my face - there was no hot water. I thought i would sit outside and take in the evening sunshine with a cocktail, after id had to drive to 7/11 for ice. There were no chairs outside anywhere on the property so i went back to my room to watch some TV- that didn't work either just a frozen pixelated screen.
All in all this was the worst hotel visit i have experienced in over 50 years of travel in many countries around the world including the third world.
That hotel should not have even been selling rooms at this time and i feel as though i was scammed. I am going to apply for a refund
