La Quinta by Wyndham Frankfort

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable as an accessible room. There were maintenance issues like loose toilet, no light over mirror and no ice machine available (had to request ice). TV did not work until staff came and fixed it and explained how to use it. The breakfast has minimal selections, and we had to request boiled eggs that were out. Hot water for tea was not hot. They did have 24 hour coffee available.

Super friendly, nice, great check in clean nice big room. Quiet, good eats for get going in morning. Overall, great service and stay.

Absolute disaster. When I pulled in there was two fright car containers in the parking lot and trash all around them. I asked if they were renovating and they said “just finished”. Walking up to my room I noticed the hallways reek of cigarette and pot smoke. Had to switch rooms due to super loud AC unit. Filthy bathroom, most lights and most outlets throughout the room didn’t work. Tons of cosmetic painting issues. Door security is missing. See pictures. I traveled there on business and will recommend that my company removes this hotel. It honestly should be shut down.

The bad- The hotel room was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t notice until I had slept on the bed for two nights, but there was dried pools of blood on the mattress that they just slapped a mattress cover over. I was too scared to pull up the cover more to see how bad the blood was, but the picture gives an idea of what it was like on the side. The sheets had the previous persons hair still in it and the tub was stained and in desperate need of replacing. The pool was completely shut down as well with no indication on the website. The air conditioning was loud as hell but the heater was normal.
The good- The staff was very friendly.

We enjoyed our stay. New renovations had been made and our room was very clean. The front desk clerk was super nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great weekend!
