We had a nice room , close to the hospital, Traffic is the only problem and there is nothing anyon
Pros:

We were there because my wife was having surgery Wednesday. I requested a qiite room if they had one. They gave us one, limited I35 traffic. You have to keep in mind the motel is under remodel and no one would expect everything to be perfect.

Good place to stay in a pinch!
Pros:

Conveniently located, they upgraded our room for free

Cons:

There was a wet smell in the room. Like if they had just cleaned the carpets but it had not fully dried. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

It was ok.
Pros:

Location was good for where I needed it to be. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Not that I didn’t like it, but wanted to raise awareness that this property is being renovated so it is a little messier than normal.

Too noisy!
Pros:

Room was nice. Newly renovated.

Cons:

Going through renovation and was an eye sore. Windows are paper thin and my room was facing Stemmons fwy. Noise from cars, Motorcycles and trucks was so loud couldn't sleep. Then in the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm. Never again!

Pros:

I liked the location It was very reasonable. I liked that I was right next door to the crown plaza I could walk over there I came down for event. I would give the place a chance there under remodel.

Cons:

I didn't like the area and the clientele I heard a couple with there bady fighting and they were leaving trash in the hallway.

I can truthfully say this has absolutely been the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at.

Absolute FILTH.

Owners and Management KNOWINGLT rented a room out that had urine/vomit/blood stains on it. Per management, it's the guest's responsibility to remove all bedding and then inspect the mattress before they can move you. Truly baffling.

I showed the front desk manager and he actually told me to give them leniency during their renovation period. This is an actual person giving what they believed was a legitimately good reason to let someone unknowingly sleep in a biohazard.

Pros:

Hotel is older -and looks it. Pictures are artist renderings of what it’s supposed to be when renovations are complete. I went with it looking like a nice safe place to stay. I was wrong. Homeless people are camped out around the grounds and you can’t see front door because of construction supplies. I won’t stay here again.
