Pros:

Extremely upset, we canceled 4times as we stayed at Best Western which was lovely, they completely ignored our emails and then deducted $128 from our account, disgusting service,and I shall make sure that the media knows when we get back to Australia. Maureen &L young.

It was adequate but nothing extraordinary
Pros:

No hot water it was just tepid. They were having "plumbing" problems during our stay. Did not eat breakfast there, cannot evaluate. It was just ok.

Pros:

The room was clean and awesome! I loved how spacious it was! I loved all the storage in the rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't the best but hey it is free breakfast. I also didn't like the juice machine it tasted old and also wasn't working correctly. I also thought there was a hot tub, definitely not.

Pros:

Breakfast was missing some chocolate chips or something else to put on the Texas waffle other than syrup.

Cons:

The fact that I couldn't get toothpaste from the hotel and I had to pay for it.
