When I arrived, this property was closed for renovations. There were no vehicles in the parking lot, electricity was shutdown and the entire property was abandoned.
I was unable to reach this property by phone because the property was unstaffed and locked down.
I was on the phone for three hours talking with booking.com and the property's reservation number. I am still awaiting my refund.
1. No heat in the room.
2. One brand of breakfast bar for breakfast and my coffee was cold on Day 2.
3. Window wouldn't shut completely.
4. I was told the room I had a confirmation number for was not available, and was moved and charged more.
5. Hair in the tub.
Nothing awful facility
Awful customer service, I had to wait about 30 min when I arrived because know one was at the front desk. The hallways smelled like trash. My room has old blankets. The bathroom tub was was peeling rust everywhere. Paint chipping. Ceilings in hallway have holes

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at... stayed here with my two kids and received a noise complaint although there were two couples who got into an altercation, and nothing was done or said... Not saying that was any of my business however I do feel as though I was being picked on. The room was disgusting. Hair in the tub, hair on the shower walls, pee on the sides of the toilet seat, floors were nasty there was a giant hole cut into the ceiling, so it was pretty cold at night my daughter is sick now. When checking out my daughter forgot her phone, I called that day to make sure it was in there and was advised nothing was found in the room. I called to see when I would receive my deposit and was advised it should be on my card the next day. When I didn't receive it the next day I called again and was advised it would be the day after that. Still nothing called for a third time and was advised I was not receiving my deposit back due to evidence of smoking in the room. The Pictures they took and decided was "evidence" was pictures of cooking grease I disposed of in bottles because I did not want to pour it down the drain. Should've just done that. while on the phone about my deposit I asked about my daughter's phone, and it is magically at the front desk now. No one contacted to say the phone was found or mentioned it on one of the phone calls I had with them
Communication from the staff better. I booked the room online and the room WAS NOT in the area I was going to be.

This place was dirty, grimy, in bad location, smelled bad,. Best thing this place could do is a complete demo and maybe rebuild. Disgusting carpets, elevators, and unsafe parking. I will never book here again!

Funny smell when you walked in, elevator raggedy, bed uncomfortable, tv way too small, Hotel just dark and old looking
Nothing good came out of the reservation!
Their $100 deposit and insistence that I pay for the booking up front, when I had already paid for the room through the booking.com app! It stated no money necessary before the stay!
Nothing!! horrible customer service. Excuses why they didn’t have our booked reservation available anymore.
We didn’t stay. We cancelled our stay because they gave our room to someone else. No cleaning service. The rooms had a bad Oder. The front desk stated that the owners won’t hire any help and they are waiting to file bankruptcy!

The lady at resection was not polite, mad, she didn’t explain anything. My uncle had a reservation for the same day and his flight was cancelled I told her to cancel his reservation and I guess she didn’t because he got charged like he didn’t canceled. She wasn’t friendly at all.
