Loved it!
Pros:

The hotel feels like a 5 star resort. The room very is spacious and stylish. The location is awesome. Nice pool area and close to the beach.

Cons:

The ACs everywhere blow like crazy, especially on the 5th floor where I stayed.

Great location of Lincoln Rd

Cons:

It became very chaotic down stairs in the lobby as it seemed as if there were lots of networking events going on during our stay. Felt at times like we didn’t belong, not due to staff, but just the people that were there

No me pudieron devolver la garantía en cash ya que no contaban con él dinero físico. Me fui y nunca más me dieron respuesta. Leo en comentarios que lo hacen con todo el mundo que deja efectivo en garantía.

Awesome hotel, family friendly, great beach and pool
Pros:

- it's a 4-stars hotel but looks/feels like a 5-star
- big pool, with A LOT of sunbeds and umbrellas, live music, sunscreen, all for free. They also have a lot of children activies / games in the pool
- big, clean beach with great sand and shallow water

Cons:

- the tiled floor inside the room might be a bit cold if your AC is below 22C/71F degrees, I wouldn't say it's suitable for walking bare foot
- the Wi-Fi is mostly ok (18Mbps) but barely usable at the pool in some locations
- they have extreme restrictions for coming in with external food/beverage from outside in the pool area, they check your drinks and food thoroughly, makes you feel uncomfortable

Exquisito hotel en el corazón de South Beach
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el corazón de South Beach, muy cerca de todo. Es muy rico, muy limpio y moderno. El personal es amable, tiene piscina y salida directa a la playa. Si vuelvo a Miami, seguro volveré, nos encantó.

Pros:

We were on the beach in May for a bachelorette and the service provided by Bobby, Santi, Lucius, Alejandro, Logan, and Nikola was excellent. Very prompt and hospitable!
