I love the location and the lobby
the bedside table was in poor condition, the standing lamp didn't work and the shade on the sconce was twisted. i would call the room in disrepair. the bathrooms could use updating. the shower faucet is from the 1970's
The room, cleanliness of the room and complimentary breakfast all very impressive.
Operating the elevator was frustrating. It took several attempts before the card reader accepted room card.
Loved the big windows and room was a nice size, and nice lobby.
The $78 fee that was tacked on was a complete shock, and we could not figure out what it was for. We could not get on the WiFi despite the fee which seemed like a real money grab and definitely turned us off. Also the nightstands had peeling paint which was very surprising for a ‘nicer’ hotel.
The ambiance and location were amazing.
The $25 breakfast was basic hotel breakfast, nothing special. They also charged my room 3 times the amount and said it would drop off. It has now been a week and they have no answers as to why i was charged 3 times. I paid $1100 for a $335 room. The customer service was not helpful and I will surely not stay here again, it is not worth the hassle.
We loved the location and the kindness of the staff, let’s not forget about the Christmas gift bags.

The staff was invaluable and very nice. Also, the valet was awesome as well.
The hotel is beautiful and very nice. Beds was very comfortable.
It was a very warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walked in the doors the staff was very helpful and very attentive to the ones in the needs even up in our rooms. They brought us a comb and brought us a pair of slippers and a robe and AJ, the front desk was very helpful. Went out of her way to help us and listen to us. Talk about how we lost at the casino. And then of course there was the very helpful and friendly Zulayka that went out of her way to make sure our breakfast order was exactly what we wanted and help fill the card out for it. So would I come back…..? ABSOLUTELY 300% …. When I come to the Windy City I will stay here and anyone im with whether it be business or pleasure this is a place I can call home
Great location, staff is kind.
Nothing. Everything was great.
Location is everything when you’re looking to be in the (one of many) heart of Chicago.
The atmosphere is upscale, sleek and professional for any occasion. Our many rooms were extremely clean and typical for the Chicago aesthetic most people look for when they visit. As a Chicago local, this hotel took me by surprise in the best way! The noise level was something different due to many events happening all at once, otherwise I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary.
Service is impeccable.
One huge shout out to Richard; hotel associate and amazing valet / person in general.
Many front desk workers did their best to make our experience unforgettable. Reserving a room block for my family and new in-laws was a bit tough to organize. Overall, everyone had an amazing time since this location was uber convenient for what I had planned for our wedding.
This is a perfect location; central to River North, The Loop, great restaurants / bars / event spaces for family fun, etc.
Steps away from iconic buildings, Mag Mile + a short walk to Grant Park (Millennium / Cloud Gate (the bean)).
Even though I don’t live far, I would stay here again just for the fun of it! Thank you to the staff for making this weekend, everything I needed and more!
