Great! I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great for window view. The bar staff was very attentive along with front desk staff. It was very clean and super updated it didn’t give you the old hotel stay vibes. My room was very cozy.

Cons:

The valet parking stated that my pick truck was too big to park. I had to use a parking garage across the hotel. A couple of hours later they were parking a similar size pick up truck.

NICE PLACE. Pricey but worth it. Especially if you're enjoying a show next door.
Pros:

Didn't eat breakfast but a 1:00 pm checkout blew my mind. (Checked out at 11 just because that's what I would do normally.) THANK YOU FOR BEING SO COOL. Can't wait until next year!

Cons:

Uhhhhh?

Great Location - star barman called Richard.
Pros:

Had breakfast at Yolk three times, although not part of the hotel but accessible from the lobby . Food options very good and staff helpful on the availability of gluten free and lactose free options. Highlight of the breakfast was the server Roxanne, really helpful and always service with a smile . She deserves recognition, Had a couple of dinners in the main bar and the highlight of every time we ate or drank here was the Hungarian barman called Richard , what a character, always attentive on whatever we needed and always ready to upsell at every opportunity , the hotel are lucky to have him .
the location of the hotel is great , within easy walking distance to all the entertainment and touristic spots.

Cons:

Asked for laundry to be picked up the day of arrival (Saturday) , pick up confirmed at reception on my way out to dinner, no one ever showed up as clothes still bagged when i got back. Called down for pick-up and no one ever came , asked again on Sunday and no pick-up. In the end bought some extra clothes and never did laundry at the hotel !

I stay here for Eddie and Richard the doorman!
Pros:

I cannot say enough about the doorman Richard and Eddie. They both been there for years and this is a reason I continue to choose to stay at the hotel Chicago. They are both so courteous, helpful, kind, and professional and honestly, they make my stay there fantastic. They go out of their way in anyway they can to help and assist me. They are truly valuable. I can count on them to take good care of my car or help me with anything I need.

The room, cleanliness of the room and complimentary breakfast all very impressive.

Operating the elevator was frustrating. It took several attempts before the card reader accepted room card.

Nice hotel and location.
Pros:

Loved the big windows and room was a nice size, and nice lobby.

Cons:

The $78 fee that was tacked on was a complete shock, and we could not figure out what it was for. We could not get on the WiFi despite the fee which seemed like a real money grab and definitely turned us off. Also the nightstands had peeling paint which was very surprising for a ‘nicer’ hotel.
