The security.
Clean rooms, nice bar area
Basic facilites. Restaurant had no atmosphere.
Beautiful place I love it there
Przemiły personel, pyszne śniadanie, doskonałe położenie pozwalające wędrować szlakami Killarney National Park, które są piękne i niezbyt trudne. Parking hotelowy to duży plus, w dodatku stacja benzynowa w najbliższym sąsiedztwie parkingu. Pub dostępny z hotelu z miłą atmosferą, przemiłą obsługą, doskonałym jedzeniem (polecamy danie z baraniny).
Location
I had emailed hotel to change my room groom a twin to a double, they confirmed this, but when I arrived it was a twin. Also a pair of the previous guests underpants were on the wardrobe floor
Staff and food
Bit pricey and small bed !
The Termal Suite, the room, the Location, the food was unreal, the entertainment was brilliant, the walks around the hotel, fabulous place really enjoyed it, should be 5 star hotel.
Having to go home
Good breakfast. All you can eat for 17 euro. Can’t go wrong.
The parking situation was very bad, was stuck for a place to park.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and lovely food
No residents bar
Very clean with friendly staff
Car parking facilities are quite inadequate
Nice and clean food was good really nice we spot
Had an issue with a card and when I rang back as I was in meetings all day the card worked. At this point the driver who was to stay left . The following day could not charge food to room even though they had my card . Again driver left so I have been charged 208 euro for no stay . An absolute disgrace . I also asked for a mail receipt which I did not recieve
On the plus side, the bar food was fresh and tasty, I genuinely couldn’t fault it. The location is also ideal, with shops right on the doorstep and the town centre within easy walking distance, which made getting around really convenient.
Check in felt a bit impersonal. The reception staff weren’t particularly welcoming no hello or small chat and didn’t explain things like bar, food, or breakfast times. It felt very much like a quick transaction take the payment, hand over the key, and that was it.
The bedroom itself is quite dated, and unfortunately the walls are incredibly thin. I could clearly hear people in the rooms either side, which didn’t make for a relaxing evening. To add to that, housekeeping were knocking on doors before 9am despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being up, which wasn’t ideal when trying to rest.
Interestingly, the bathroom is modern and well finished, with a good rain shower. It’s clear that more recent investment has gone into that space, which only makes the contrast with the bedroom more noticeable it feels like the refurbishment budget didn’t quite stretch to updating the sleeping area.
Overall, it’s in a great location and the food is good, but if rest and relaxation are your priority, I’d probably give it a miss.
