Pros:

Ubicación, a 15m del centro.
Baño amplio y completo set de aseo.
Comfortables camas.

Cons:

Falta una mini-nevera.
Nos tocó la ventana con vistas a la zona de contenedores de basura y próxima a una gasolinera con mucho ruido.
A la mañana siguiente llegó Bus debajo de nuestra ventana, ruido de motor y señales acústicas molestas.
