Booked 3 rooms and 2 of them had very saggy beds
Las camas no eran muy cómodas y el desayuno era bastante malo
Room was clean and adequate although the window wouldn't close properly due to a broken bottom hinge. Staff didn't seem to care whether we were there or not and were offhand. Wouldn't do any harm to send staff on customer service courses.
The hotel advertises a lot for group parties at a reduced rate and this becomes obvious at night when you're trying to sleep and there are groups of people in and out of each others rooms banging doors and very loud voices, and plainly intoxicated. This does not lead to a very good nights' sleep. Also parking is hard to find and often full so had to wait for someone to vacate to get a space.
Stanza ampia e letti comodi. Bagno pulito e funzionale. Posizione buona per raggiungere il centro in macchina. Prezzo competitivo. Comodo avere nella stessa struttura un pub e ristorante. Parcheggio incluso.
Quando ho prenotato la struttura mi ha mandato una email suggerendomi tra diverse cose....di fare un upgrade della stanza ad una superior pagando 20 euro in più (letto diverso, diverso arredamento.....) Io ho accettato (ma si per una volta......) e ho ricevuto loro conferma via email che la mia richiesta era stata approvata. Arrivato faccio presente la cosa al personale della reception che cade dalle nuvole (come se non sapesse proprio di queste opportunità che vengono inviate ai clienti). Faccio vedere loro le mail ricevute ma bo come se non ne sapessero nulla.......io dicevo "si ma me le avete mandate voi le email.......". Il personale mi ha detto che segnalava la cosa ma nulla....non ho avuto alcun riscontro dalla direzione......... Risultato, camera standard (pagata per standard)....come se nulla fosse....... ma comunque confortevole.
