Location is a short walk to Killarney town centre.
The restaurant and bar area are not very comfortable.
Good location. Comfortable quiet room.
Breakfast hot food seemed alittle dry, like it had been sitting a while. But they did just feed a coach full of people. The rest of the food was yum & a good variety of food.

Duvet on the bed was far too heavy for the time of year
Love this hotel, it's our second stay. Great location nice & modern. Good value. Always get rooms nice & close to each other. Very clean.
Staff in the restaurant are still a bit unpleasant. We missed ordering dessert no staff around to take our order. (But the girl that we did catch after the kitchen was closed was nice & did try) But the restaurant staff are definitely the hotels downfall. We typically don't like dining here.
I liked the very spacious bathroom and the room was nice , clean, comfortable
Breakfast was delicious
The TV was on a timer and ours didn't work, we booked 2 rooms so tv other room was grand.
Alot of questions asked at reception, which is understandable nowadays and charged €17.50 for kids breakfast.
Could not fault the hotel at all. I am not a perfectionist ( 4 in a bed ) ha ha, and appreciate all involved. Last visit was 20yrs ago with my husband .

It was our second time staying there loved everything about it food was amazing staff are all very nice and helpful room was spotless and very spacious and location is perfect just a short walk in to town centre .we will be back .
