Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et propre

Cons:

180$ ont été débité avant mon arrivée sans aucune raison et 100$ de caution on été débité le jour même sachant que m integralite de ma réservation a été débité aussi. Aucun des 2 ont été encore remboursé à ce jour après 1 mois. Ceci est inacceptable car 280$ en moins dans un budget vacances est énorme

The attention in the lobby was good-average, lot of packages in the floor. First impression matters.
Pros:

No breakfast, at the check in I didn’t receive any indication

Cons:

Very few extra services, very limited snacks and food in the lobby despite lot of space available in the shelves and the glass door refrigerators. The customer service at the lobby, there’s room to improve.

It was a good value for the money, and we would stay again.

It was clean, and easy access to the cruise port

The night manager on duty was more interested in finding packages for a non-English speaker than helping us, as we speak only English.
