The attention in the lobby was good-average, lot of packages in the floor. First impression matters.
Pros:

No breakfast, at the check in I didn’t receive any indication

Cons:

Very few extra services, very limited snacks and food in the lobby despite lot of space available in the shelves and the glass door refrigerators. The customer service at the lobby, there’s room to improve.

It was a good value for the money, and we would stay again.

It was clean, and easy access to the cruise port

Cons:

The night manager on duty was more interested in finding packages for a non-English speaker than helping us, as we speak only English.

La piscina. El piso del fondo de la piscina esta sin baldosas y da desconfianza para usarla ya que todo el tiempo parece que este sucia.

La televisión no tenía muchos canales y unos los cojia con interferencia.

Great value for money with a competent team.
Pros:

It was my first time visiting. The laundry was a really good practical addition for travelers. The designer thought of everything, from the pet bowl at the entrance to a plug outlet to charge your phone while you wait on the airport shuttle. Excellent gym equipment and use of space. Room was very spacious.

Shuttle driver was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable,he pointed out areas of interest on drive from Airport.
Shuttle times and frequency can improve
