Lovely hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the pictures online don’t do it justice!

Cons:

Our room was very small, we had to side step to get from one side of the bed to the other. Would struggle for space if you had large suitcases.

Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten! Wunderschönes Zimmer gehabt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hätte eine kleine Spur größer sein können, weil wenn man am WC saß hatte man gleich die knie in der wand.
Aber optisch war es echt schön.

An incredibly classy hotel that we would be lucky enough to visit again!
Pros:

The atmosphere created in the reception area was exceptional. The staff were always on hand to ope the door and greet us. The hotel’s WhatsApp responses were supportive during our stay and breakfast was wonderful.

Cons:

We were in the new rooms and the air conditioning hadn’t been set up but the staff were supportive in opening our window to cool the room.

I really enjoyed the accommodations. If I go back to Amsterdam, for sure I am coming back to the hotel!

This is not a boutique hotel
Pros:

Stayed here in April. The hotel is in a good location and the room was clean. I am an experienced traveler. I stayed at other Leonardo hotels in France and had amazing experiences. That is why I selected this one. No mention of elevator to my room. Or assistance with navigating the narrow stairs with luggage. The hotel had No working television when we stayed there. The front desk said it’s been down for a few days. Sorry. The feedback I would provide, This hotel relies too much on their hotel app or texts for your personal experience. They never suggested to download the their app. Or offer do you tickets for local attractions like the website shared. the staff is friendly but does not go above and beyond like the other French Leonardo locations i’ve stayed at within the last 12 months. That is why I gave it a lower rating.

Pros:

O atendimento da equipe foi excepcional, principalmente aquele realizado por Jeremy. O café da manhã é excelente. A localização é ótima.

Cons:

Como já noticiado pela própria instalação, há obras em parte do prédio. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando em toda a instalação por essa razão. Mas como fomos no início da primavera, isso não foi qualquer problema.
