Pros:

Rooms are clean and tidy. It's great location if you want to stay away from the downtown

Cons:

Electronic check in / out need fixing. We were not able to do it ourselves

Een paar dagen Amsterdam met mijn dochters.
Pros:

De locatie en de kamer. Heerlijke bedden en een goede douche. Er is veel gerenoveerd sinds het hotel in handen is van Leonardo Boutique Hotels. Het is echt mooi geworden. Ook kregen we een gratis drankje aangeboden. Het ontbijt is heerlijk.
Het centrum is op loopafstand en anders pak je tramlijn 14 die de halte bijna voor de deur heeft.
Artis is aan de andere kant van de weg en diverse eettentjes zijn vlakbij.

Cons:

Als je voor 's avonds wat te drinken en/of wat lekkers wil hebben voor op je kamer dan is er weinig keus in de hotelshop. Het is ook nog eens vreselijk duur. Dan kan je beter overdag bij een supermarkt wat gaan halen. Daar heb je meer keus en dat is ook veel goedkoper.

Definitely not 4 star. Rooms tiny
Pros:

First room was in the basement as it was a “limited view” no view at all!!!!!! Asked to be moved. Choose a “comfort double” 4 th floor, view of a tree, tiny room and bathroom that you can hardly move in!!!! 4 star is definitely debatable on this. I am not happy at all!!!and Iv not even slept in the room yet. First time in Amsterdam and experience not great so far

De ligging was opzich prima. Ook het aankomst/welkom drankje

Cons:

De kamer was absurd klein, vergeleken met de foto’s. Het was erg krap allemaal, zelf de douche cabine moest op een speciale manier open anders kon je er niet in. De wasbak was zo groot als een toilet fontein ook niet echt prettig om in te wassen..

Enjoyed pur stay
Pros:

The staff was so nice. We stayed at hotel, because our flight was delayed and book last minute. They offered us tooth brushes/paste, because our suitcases was not with us.

Cons:

Hotel is very big, was a bit confusing to find everything. Maybe more signs

3. Στην ΒΟOKING οταν κλεισαμε το ξενοδοχειο ειχε προσφορα δωρεαν taxi απο το αεροδρομιο για το καταλυμα και δεν μπορεσα παρολες τα e-mail και τις προσπαθειες στη πλατφορμα να τη κλεισω. Ενημερωσαμε δυο κοπεκες στη reception καταχτο check in, την πρωτη, την ρπομενη μερα τη δευτερη, η οποια ηταν ιδιαιτερα αγενης. Μας ειπε οτι θα ενημερωνε το manager... ακομα τον περιμενουμε !!!!
