Cons:

Die Matratze war überhaupt nicht bequem. Im Zimmer wurde ein Kingsize-Bett angegeben, aber tatsächlich war es nur eine dünne Matratze auf zwei kleinen Matratzen, was zu Rückenschmerzen geführt hat.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. The staff are so lovely and kind and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We were made to feel so welcome. Even though the location was very central, it was so quiet and got the best night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection and was very tasty. We had the best time, would love to stay here again.

Great location and great staff!
Pros:

Great location in a quiet area. Easy to reach the city by foot or tram. The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was had very very thin walls we harars our neighbors talk, play music and watch tv. This was very uncomfortable and we had a hard time sleeping. One night it was going on until 3 o clock. Something needs to be done!

No shampoo or conditioner
Had to fetch water for the room down stairs every day.
Breakfast selection not good we are gluten free. No other dinning facilities so we eat out at pubs and cafes next door

La estancia en el hotel fue altamente satisfactoria, la calidad del servicio ofrecido por el personal fue espectacular, las instalaciones cumplen con los estándares de confort y limpieza.
La habitación era preciosa y su cama muy confortable!

Cons:

Hotel Lancaster pro naše kolegy v rámci firemní konference objednáváme pravidelně každý rok a s jeho službami jsme byli dosud vždy spokojeni. Tentokrát jsme se však bohužel setkali s komplikací při správě rezervace. Část pokojů byla s předstihem zrušena, nicméně hotel tuto změnu neevidoval, což při check-inu vedlo ke zmatkům. Některým kolegům byly omylem přiděleny již zrušené pokoje a hotel po nich požadoval jejich úhradu, přestože rezervace byla zrušena.
Situace se nakonec vyřešila poté, co hotel zjistil chybu ve svém systému a kolegy přestěhoval do jiných pokojů. Ty však nebyly v původně rezervované konfiguraci dvoulůžkových pokojů, ale s manželskými postelemi.
Věříme, že se jednalo o ojedinělou situaci a že se podobné komplikace při další spolupráci již nebudou opakovat.
