Pros:

Team members gave excellent Customer service from beginning to end. I checked ouy not knowing i left my phone received a call within 15min of leaving. I am very grateful for the honesty and courtesy of staff. We will stay again if we go out that direction. The pool was amazing refreshing, everything great.

Beds were smaller then what it said, staff was kinda lazy and didn't have roll outs or extras pillows or anything. Felt half assed like they didn't care and breakfast was cheap af

Correct pour le prix, avec quelques améliorations à apporter.
Pros:

L’accueil est sympa mais limité
Les lits sont propres

Cons:

Ça sent le canabis surtout le soir.
L’insonorisation des portes est à revoir.
Les climatiseurs à faire nettoyer
Faire bien attention au nettoyage des sols, surtout quand il y a un bébé
Serait bien de mettre de l’eau chaude et de remplir de café la journée.
Le nettoyage des chambres tous les 2 jours auraient été bien les concurrents le font tous les jours.
Dommage, pas un couteau ou tir bouchant…
Rangements un peu limité pour des chambres 2 lits

Melhor localização e custo benefício para o Knott's Berry Farm!
Pros:

Extremamente bem localizado para quem quer passar o dia no Knott's Berry Farm (recomendo muito!). Um Uber baratinho e você chega lá. Além disso, você está literalmente a passos de uma boa steakhouse. O custo benefício reservando com a Booking foi EXCELENTE.

Cons:

Qu'on ne me tienne pas au courant que ma réservation avait sauté, alors que j'avais déjà payé d'avance mes 3 nuits et que j'avais fait mon check in en ligne.
Aucune solution de relogement ne m'a été proposé ! Je me suis retrouvé A LA RUE avec mon conjoint et ma fille à 22h aux USA, SANS SOLUTION AUCUNE et sans avoir été prévenue par mail de la situation ! Et cela que ce soit par l'établissement ou par BOOKING!

A nice, clean and good place to rest. Great value for your money.
Pros:

I got the suite, and everything was very clean; there were no problems, and everything worked fine. Overall, great value for money if you're just looking to sleep and sleep comfortably.

Cons:

My only qualm was that the check in took in a little long and had lots of paperwork, but besides that everything was good.

Have stayed there before, this was the first not to happy of how it looked.
Pros:

Close to Knotts Berry Farm. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Outside property maintenance needs more attention, there was dog poop outside our room . Was also looking forward to use the jacuzzi, but it was out of order.
