Worst experience ever!
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

Worst experience ever! Rude staff and not welcoming! Room key wasnt working. Gave us a room and it wasnt ready and they had to call housekeeping to come and get it ready while we wait for the room. Dirty floors, toilet didnt flush.

No happy with my stay!
Pros:

There’s nothing about this place that I liked.

Cons:

The worst experience of my entire life. Bad customer service! Room was not even ready when I checked in, bed wasn’t made when I got up to my room, I saw thru the window. Front clerk didn’t gave me my room number after check-in and walked away. I had to ask for my room number! Plus I had to wait for them to make my keys like for an hour! Key didn’t work the next day so I had to go to the front desk n ask for another one! First and last time booking here. I will never go back. I don’t recommend to anyone.

It was fine.
Pros:

Everything, there was no complain.

Cons:

When I got there, they gave me the room right away, but the house cleaning was done yet. So waited for another 15 mins. before I could go into the room.

Dirty and plain.
Pros:

I liked that it was close to Knotts.

Cons:

The floors were dirty and we had to clean them with a towel from the restrooms. We were charged 50.00 for doing that.
