Good location and budget stay
Pros:

Great price and location for visiting Columbus. Close to arena, downtown and basically walkable everywhere. Free parking was unexpected but made me happy :) it was close, just across the street.

Cons:

Little bit outdated rooms and facilities. Old carpet and bathroom could use am update.

Cons:

Room was not well cleaned - you could tell it had not been swept or vacuumed. Everything was dusty as well. The carpet in the room was black from dirt! Only 3 towels in the room, even though I booked for four people. Also, they do not provide tissues, only give you a couple wash cloths, a tiny little bar of soap, no body wash or shampoo etc..bring your own! Bring your own toilet paper as well - what they provide is awful. Rooms are spacious, but when they say a double bed, it's a double bed - and NOT queen size. Also, coffee in lobby area is terrible - they only provide powdered creamer and no sugar alternatives. I sound like a hotel snob - I assure you, I am not - just giving you a heads up on this property so you know what to expect.

It was ok, beds were too firm.
Pros:

Walking distance to nationwide, very convenient.

Cons:

Check in was very long, should look into online/app check in to streamline the process. 30min wait in line to get the keys and we showed up right at 3p (there was a sign that said no early check in).

Pros:

The Superior King room was awesome 👌

Cons:

Charging $19 a day for parking AND you had to park across from the hotel.

The other issue is that the gate didn't work had to find other means to enter and exit the parking lot.
