DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR BANK INFORMATION SAFE! I stayed with this hotel for a cheerleading competition. The electric went out after check in ( this is important because they later marked my stay as a no show) when the electric went out my daughter had practice for our competition after practice we came back and there was still no electric. The older man at the front desk was very rude to me as well as another customer when we ask if we could be transferred or refunded. He yelled at the the other man and told him to leave. (He also told him he couldn’t be there even though he wasn’t being refunded) they had already taken the money out of my account, I had been told no refund or transfers and I was stuck in this situation. I later called asking for the manager (who mysteriously wasn’t there for over 2 weeks.) when they finally came back they refused a refund. Now I am stuck earning everyone else and out hundreds of dollars because they also made sure to bring the price up that weekend knowing there was a cheerleading competition and volleyball tournament. I also was quoted $357 total on booking.com but was charged $481 and only $50 was the damage deposit. If you are looking to be scammed this is the place for you and instead of owning up to their mistakes of not helping make the situation better they will tell you it’s an Act of God that they couldn’t help that night.

March 13. 2026 we headed to Columbus. which is three hours from our home, to stay at this hotel for a cheer comp. It came to our attention on the way up that the power had gone out due to high winds. We assumed that things would get taken care of based on the fact that other hotels were regaining power, so we checked-in. The power was still out come 9PM.
There was no way at we could get ready in the morning without power let alone have our phones charged for the next day. The group of Cheer moms and I went to the front desk to ask if we could have a refund if we checked out. Dora and JJ were very kind and understanding and told us that we would just need to contact our third-party and have them call the hotel to get it approved. So we all checked out. Nine days later and seven attempts between myself and Priceline trying to get a hold of this manager and all we got was the runaround. We were told she was gonna be at this time and then she would never be in. Finally, Tuesday rolls around and Priceline got through to her, but she told them that was only going to give me a partial refund because of natural causes. I may have been more accepting to that if she didn’t give the rest of the Cheer mom’s a full refund. Kendra is the manager there and she is absolutely unprofessional and rude and when I wanted a straight answer as to why she would not give me a full refund she hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere. There are many hotels very close by who will treat you better.
