The Red Roof chain is updating their pet policies.\:
One, well-behaved domestic pet (cat or dog) Stays Free! Pets must be declared at check-in. Up to 2 pets allowed per room. Second pet $15/ night, not to exceed 7 nights or $105 per pet per stay. Pet not to exceed 80 pounds. Please keep your animal on a leash when outside your room. In consideration of all guests, pets must never be left unattended in the guest room. When you walk your pet on the property, please be considerate and clean up after your pet. Service and emotional support animals are always welcome.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly. She seemed annoyed that I was checking in.
My room smelled like a caustic substance.

Location is close to Convention Center. Parking was the least expensive for daily rate. Pets welcome. Low security deposit. Quiet at night.
Beds are not good quality. Stained linens. TV sound was terrible. Room was not very clean. Ice machines on floor 3 didn’t work. No clear directions on how to enter hotel were given upon booking. GPS will bring you to front of hotel but there is no parking or unloading available at the front No breakfast.

Long wait time to check in. Room was not clean. Sephora bag was left in the window sill with baby bib and a toy in it. Popcorn behind curtains. We say on the bed and it tipped forward. No bedding for the couch pull out. We paid $19 for parking when we checked it. When we pulled out of the parking lot the next day we had to pay another $46 in order to get out.
Appeared clean, smelled pleasant, Fri afternoon check-in clerk was cordial
Refrigerator in room did not work, ice machine on 1st floor did not work. Check out clerk at 6:45 AM Saturday was NOT pleasant and wouldn’t get off her rump to do a darn thing. Lazy
I like the location and that it was updated
The walls were so thin that I could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Anytime others shut their doors our walls would vibrate and it was so loud

Curtains in the room were awful and they had no amenities at all. There was minimal coffee and the front staff was not pleasant
It was a good location
They did not give us our King room reserved, instead we got a full bed “they gave away our room” even though we had this reserved for months. We also were supposed to have upgraded linen and a snack box which was not provided due to not getting the room we reserved and paid for. They gave us a full room when we reserved a premium king suite.
We were not able to enjoy the property. Despite confirming our reservation and booking more than six months in advance, there was no room for us when we arrived for check-in. No compensation was given, and no attempt for relocation was made.
Parking was overbooked and they had no room for us. We were left stranded at midnight in a strange city where there were no hotel rooms available due to a large concert that fully booked everywhere. Which is why we booked six months in advance and thought we had a place to stay the person at the front desk only remark was they had no idea what to do and they tried to get a hold of their manager, but they didn’t know what to do either the person at the front desk had only been working one week before they were given the night shift on a fully booked night and was the only employee there.
