Pros:

Was given a voucher for free parking.

What came with and for the room did not match the price. I did not appreciate the fact that I was charged for parking separate from the price of the room.\n And I have not yet received my deposit back and was supposed to receive it yesterday on the 17th and will be calling about that directly after I finished the survey.

Convenient to Convention Center, but disappointed in service.
Pros:

Easy check in. Room was fairly clean

Cons:

Room was not made up after the first night. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Towels, soap and shampoo had to be picked up at the front desk. Shower curtain rod was broken.

You get what you pay for.

The location was great. The staff seemed nice just overwhelmed.

Cons:

Run down facilities, very basic amenities (there wasn’t even an extra roll of toilet paper in our room and when I went to get towels they didn’t have a full set, ice machine not working, etc.), bed comfort just ok, you have to request service a day ahead and they don’t service every floor every day, short staffed and very long wait to get helped, key lock malfunctioned.

I experienced creepy clientele and itchy, red bites.
Pros:

Good size room. Comfy bed.

Cons:

I think I had bed bugs! The day after I got home, clusters of red bites appeared on my chest and shoulders. Also, creepy clientele and scary parking situation.
