One of the staff banging on my door early in the morning telling me the room was vacant and demanding that I come to the front desk. Pretty lousy way to wake up and the opposite of hospitality.

Nice budget hotel, worst front desk staff I have ever dealt with in my entire life staying

Cons:

Staff/Front desk is the huge problem. Messed up the billing and my booking. Didn't give me the room type that I booked via a third party agency which my room is supposed to cost more than a regular room as they gave me upon checked in. Double charged me even I have prepaid the room (although they have refunded me after many back and forth with the staff and manager). It is almost impossible to reach the manager as if it went to the blackhole or just the front desk trying to cover their own back by not reaching out to the manager. They cancelled my booking and made me rebook due to the room type mismatched issue, and only booked me for 1 night, it was supposed to be 2 nights. So I got locked out the second day. It was just miserable, wasting all my time for sightseeing, but rather dealing with the hotel staff. Because of that, I would give it a 1 star rating as long as their front desk staff remain the same.

The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

Cons:

Only one working ice machine in the building, wi-fi was up and down, satellite tv worked only the first day, no breakfast.
