Not what I expected
Pros:

It was clean looking and smelling.

Cons:

The hotel staff didn't let me park un the handicap spot even though we have a valid placard. The receptionist did allow me to stay parked in front of the hotel since her manager wouldn't let her lift the gate for us to the designated handicapped parking.
I also requested an accessible bathroom during booking, which was not provided. When I asked about it, I was told they only had one housekeeper so an accessible room would not be available.
The last issue was they charged me an additional $222.22 for the room and parking, after I had paid through booking.com on 7/30th. A refund is supposedly being processed.
No coffee was available downstairs upon arrival or in the morning until after 8am.

It was great
Pros:

The location was very convenient and the facility was nice.

It is very expensive for one night 170 for the quality of the hotel I almost throw up the room was dirty a lot dusty. My feet was sticking on the floor . The smells at the room nasty I had to buy disinfecting spray I just stay because I already pay . Plus the security deposit is not at my account yet

Great location. Just what was needed for the stay.
Pros:

Check in was slow. Once that was over getting to the room and the stay were good. Clean room, but the TV was so small. Bathroom worked fine good pressure and hot water. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom though

FOr the total I paid of $130 or so, I think the value was not what I expected.
Pros:

Coffee available, good location, comfortable beds & basic bathroom items available.

Cons:

Faulty AV, no breakfast options, only coffee. Small fridge that had trouble chilling food well. The $19 fee for parking in the hotel lot was over-priced and not easily seen on the booking.com website.

The worst hotel to stay at in Columbus, Ohio
Pros:

The only person who tried to help me was the receptionist in the morning named Dora; everyone else is incompetent.

Cons:

The price is high, they don't provide breakfast, they claim it's smoke-free and/or cigarette-free, which is false; the hotel and the receptionist who greeted me reeked of cigarettes.
I asked to change rooms, but they said there were no more available. I had to sleep in that disgusting room, and since then my allergies have been at their worst. I left early because I couldn't sleep. I requested a refund for the four nights I paid for, and they still haven't returned it. I'm even waiting to go to the bank because there are three charges for the hotel; one has already been paid, and the other two are in process. They owe me a total of $1,648.20. I called the hotel and they said they only charged $824.08 and that they would refund it, but my bank statement shows the charges but not the refunds.

Low budget hotel room with a high budget price tag for close proximity to concert venue.
Pros:

Location was great. Room was clean. Paid for the premium room so the beds were comfortable but not luxurious.

Cons:

Elevator was broken. Shower drain was very slow and clogged.
