Family Vacation
Pros:

We had a great stay and the service was top notch. This hotel is in a great location and walking distance to many different things. Two tram stations close by if you don’t want to walk. The staff at reception and the Mclub especially Pavla were phenomenal. Facilities were great and the hotel was kept very clean. I would recommend this hotel to all and can’t wait to visit again.

They staff at this hotel are top notch
It was for my daughter’s birthday she wanted Prague. They updated her room gave her all the extra and 2 birthday cakes with hand signed cards. They made an amazing trip even better with the personal touches. Can only give 5 stars they deserve 100

Pros:

We stayed at the hotel in February 2026, and the hotel it self was perfect the staf was very friendly, I asked about the local food at the information desk and the nices woman, Veronika picked the phone and called the kitchen and asked for that specific sweet cookie “kullaq” and the kitchen menager, I think, Pavel brought it to us, no charge , nothing, just out of kindness.
Lovely people, the perfect hotel. Definitely coming again.
