Pros:

The staff was amazing. Even when I was angry checking out less than 5 hours from checking in . They offered a full refund without me having to ask for it and invited me to try again at a later date .

Cons:

There were roaches in my room. I was there for less than 5 hours. I refuse to.pay over $300.00 for one night to stay with any kind of bugs in my room .

Long wait and dirty

Dirty floors, dirty counters . Garbage was full and we found cockroaches. Had a long wait at front desk to check in. They only offered 25% and said sorry when I told her we killed a cockroach. Suchs because the location is great for the speedway. But I now know why they had a vacancy last minute on one of the busiest weekends for the track will never stay there again. Would rather sleep in my car

One Night Stay
Pros:

The Location was excellent approx 5/10 minute Walk to the International Speedway and Restaurants. Free Car Parking on site. Reception were friendly

Cons:

The Bedding and Bathroom was clean as was the Room in general. However, I removed my shoes and walked a short distance from the Bed to the Bathroom and the soles of my feet were filthy black ! The uncarpeted Floor wasn't clean and needs replacing. The furniture has seen better days and the Rooms need updating. A Glass Window Pane in our Room was also badly cracked, had a small hole resulting in condensation.
The To Go Breakfast on offer was extremely sparse, just small muffins, cereal bars and instant oats with the usual Coffee and Tea. A Fresh Fruit and Yoghurt offering would have been welcomed.

At the time of my stay lots of noisy neighbors but my stay was during NFL playoffs
