Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Return
Pros:

It was close to shopping and things to do.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
Check-in was around 4:30 PM. The staff were polite, and I could tell they were in the middle of a shift change, but things went downhill once I got to the room. One of the beds was completely unmade, with a clear imprint like someone had just been sitting there. On top of that, it wasn’t even the room I booked—I reserved a queen suite, but was given a room with two full-size beds. When I brought this to the front desk and showed proof of my booking, I was basically told that was the room I had to take. No effort was made to fix it.
Later, the bed was made while I was out, but other issues came up. The TV didn’t work properly and was awkwardly positioned facing the kitchen instead of the beds. When I tried to adjust it, it became unstable and tilted to the side. The remote didn’t function correctly either—it just cycled through the hotel menu. I reported this, and was told I’d have to wait until morning for maintenance. Thankfully, my boyfriend was able to fix it himself.
The cleanliness was also an issue. The bathroom needed attention, which I’ve come to expect at times, but the kitchen was worse—everything was greasy, like someone had recently fried food and it was never properly cleaned. The floors also felt damaged, like there had been water issues.
The next morning at 8 AM, maintenance knocked loudly on the door to fix a microwave we never reported, which was frustrating and disruptive.
Another major issue was the lack of basic service. There were two of us staying, and we were given four towels total. After using some for cleaning and normal use, I asked the front desk for more towels and for the sheets to be changed. I was told they don’t provide daily service and couldn’t give additional towels. The bed was remade, but no towels were provided, and dirty ones were left in the room.
Finally, I saw cockroaches in the kitchen area.

The staff was amazing. Even when I was angry checking out less than 5 hours from checking in . They offered a full refund without me having to ask for it and invited me to try again at a later date .

Cons:

There were roaches in my room. I was there for less than 5 hours. I refuse to.pay over $300.00 for one night to stay with any kind of bugs in my room .
